Exceptional

The lady who checked us in was very very nice and she loved every furry pet that came in and the doggie treat bag was nice and the information on the sheet were vets and dog parks around the area. The breakfast was exceptional good biscuit’s that melted in your mouth everything was good.

Vacation Tennessee

The staff was excellent, rooms were clean, and the location was close to the highway and food establishments.

The shower was set up for handicap but the shower current didn't go all the way to the floor, which caused water buildup on the floor outside the shower.

Didn't eat breakfast. We needed to leave early

The bed was uncomfortable. Was lumpy and fairly harf

Almost a great stay

Loved almost everything. Comfy bed spacious room. Great shower. Good hot breakfast.

DIRTY floor. My white socks were black minutes after arriving and taking my shoes off. Totally black. Floors were definitely not washed

Property is clean & convenient but I would probably not stay here again.

The location & the beds are very comfortable. Rooms are very spacious!

At checkin the clerk had no personality. Check out is at noon yet we had housekeeping knocking on our door multiple times at 9 am.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good.

After a full day of travel, we were looking forward to some time in the hot tub, but the desk clerk informed us that the hot tub had not been in service for quite some time.

Very good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and updated. It was very quick and easy to check in and out. The location was perfect.

The fridge wasn't turned on when and it smelled until it got cooled down after turning it on. The matress wasn't very comfortable at all.

1 night only but pleasant

Room size was great, pleasant check in staff.

Room did not smell pleasant, like a sour mop. Jetted tub did not work and could use some good cleaning.

The one thing I would suggest is adding a couple of umbrellas by the pool area. It was scorching hot with no where to hide from the full sun!!! This would be an inexpensive addition that I'm sure your guests would appreciate.

We found a dirty sock that was left behind in our nightstand. The lady at the desk asked if I wanted an emailed receipt. I said yes. Never got a receipt but looking at my bank they over charged me by about $50

Quite a bit of noise from other rooms. Beds were not very comfortable. There was an odor on our whole floor that was not very pleasant the whole time.

Only complaint is our mattress needed to be replaced it was very lumpy and uncomfortable

Breakfast was very good the staff kept food warm and fresh. Very friendly staff and kept area very clean.

I would prefer bacon over sausage

Happy with my accomodations, will stay there again when I go next time. I am there 2-3 times a year

The breakfast was pretty good. A lot better than some I have had. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And, even though the room was to be cleaned every third day, they did stop by the first morning to see if we needed any towels or anything. I thought that was nice.

Toilet seat was very low. Bathroom needed a little caulking behind the door.

Great!

Very good breakfast with a wide variety of selections. very clean, friendly, cheerful, and helpful employees. Really convenient to interstate and variety of restaurants. May be a little more expensive than some older motels in area but all the nice things about Country Comfort are well worth the extra dollars spent.

I would like breakfast at six all days as I like to be back out on the road around seven.
