Friendly staff, but dirty and run down. It would be more tolerable at a lower price.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was available. Breakfast was good.

It felt old and a little run down. Most hotels have streaming ability so you can sign in to Netflix or Hulu. This just had cable. The TV was small. The coffee maker was in a drawer. The sink was dirty.

Staff was very accommodating!

Andy the front desk man was wonderful. He helped us get a ride to the venue where our concert was, which was great because we did not know the area.

The air condition had a tick to it. Not a huge deal, but it woke me up during the night a couple times.

Bates Motel, thankfully I wasn't murdered.

The only good thing about our stay was the fact that there weren't any bed bugs.

No elevator (was not aware of this prior) when I asked if we could have a room on the 1st floor since I had my elderly mother with I was completely ignored. I asked several times, and the man working wouldn't even look at me. The railing on the stairwell had about an inch of dirt/dust. Opening the door to our room, we were met with the overwhelming smell of wet dog (even though I had to sign a paper saying no pets. The shower was filthy (hair everywhere), and the towels didn't look much better. Needless to say, we didn't attempt the breakfast. We used the room to sleep and checked out right away in the morning.

My husband always sleeps very well and insists on staying here when we are in Mankato.

Unfriendly staff to the point of being rude.

Staff was unfriendly to the point of being rude. The hot tub was also out of order for the majority of my stay with no compensation or apology when I inquired about it. Conveniently it was fixed the day I checked out.

Comfortable cheap hotel

Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were clean.

The pool was really cold, concrete around the pool and hot tub is cracked and chipping, have to pay 10$ per person to swim if you were to have anyone visit(children included), and our hair dryer was broken so when we turned it on it sounded like it was going to explode. The front desk women was helpful and got us a new one quickly.

I was nervous about the location and only 1 option for dining- that I didn't trust.

No coffee maker in room. cups in room said do not microwave so bringing my own wasn't an option

Was alright for the price! I Paid.

Breakfast was alright but could have more items to pick from. There was waffles, cereal and toast. Banana and yogurt and hard boiled eggs.

The swimming pool needs steps for older people to get in to the pool. It only has 2 ladders. I could here the people walking in the room above mine.

Superb

Staff were super friendly. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Daughter forgot laptop and they shipped it back to us for 45.00

This was a basic, comfortable, well run hotel.

The hotel, while basic and showing a bit of wear, was kept immaculate. We found especially the housekeeping staff to be very friendly.

We could have chosen a better time. Mankato was very busy and due to demand, the prices were higher than normal.

Very, clean and quiet! Nice sized rooms and comfy beds! They have a nice simple breakfast spread and area to eat as well.

Parking lot is small and when hotel is booked, hard to find parking if you come in or back from activities late.

Tom was good. Breakfast ok hallway smelled like urine during our stay

It had a tub shower combo but they had taken drain out in a way so you could not hold water in tub not been able to take a tub. We’re forced only to take a shower

The rate deal thru booking

Fee service charge for therapy companion Dog, fee for having family over to visit. The motel owner claims it's a liability issues, (when you own a business you have liability insurance. guests can sign liability waiver) Cold cereal at morning and coffee bar only, couldn't find any milk.

Good hotel. Sketchy billing

Nice hotel. Nice facilities

Location. After I was billed. They sent back the payment and a couple days later billed me for around $80 more for no apparent reason. I always check out on time, clean the rooms up and don't break anything ever. Not impressed. Wouldn't recommend.
