Room was clean and good size. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Average facility with friendly and courteous staff.

Our King suite was a nice sized room with good amenities. Nice sized hot tub.

The building lacked general maintenance, Elevator was like a sauna, shower faucet and adjustable shower head both leaked and we got very little water pressure out of the shower head. No bath room fan.

Overall nice place on the outside has a few issues as any other place would.

The staff at the front desk was super nice and friendly. They only had 1 ice machine working in the whole building and that was on the 3rd floor. It couldn't keep up with the demand of ice people needed. The room I was in smelled musty the water was Slimy when you wash your hands or take a shower I felt dirty. The floor was damp for no reason. The pool water was so cloudy it looked disgusting 🫣.

Exceptional

All the staff was helpful and nice. The place was clean and quiet. It also wasn't too far from all the things we wanted to do. The pool and hot tub was clean and nice to relax in. There also was a nice seating outside to sit and just relax. There was a fire table as well. Breakfast was great. Overall the place is a great place to stay and we will stay again!

We will not be staying at the property again due to the noise levels and dates rooms

The HVAC under the window had a constant clicking noise every 5 seconds when running. this created a distracting noise for resting. very noisy and thin walls. could hear doors slamming and neighbors above and next to us. interior was also dated and bed was not very comfortable.

It was fine. Didn't sleep very well because you could here all the other guests (walls were thin).

Very dated. Pool and hot tub were closed. Walls were paper thin.

A quiet restful retreat.

The breakfast was well stocked and presented. The gal stocking the breakfast area was talkative and engaging. The biscuits and gravy were the Best.

The shower was stuck on a weird setting and the water was not being forced through the shower head fully. The staff at the front desk where a little slow, however they where helpful.
