Disappointing

I could see daylight around the entire door. I did not feel safe with that door. It just didn’t seem secure. Was no freezer in fridge to referrer my freezer blocks.

budget priced motel that was just what we wanted

This was a clean comfortable room in good condition. Everything was in working order and it was just what I needed. We were just traveling and did not want to spend a lot since we just need a place to sleep.

It was fine. I did not have any complaints.

A roof over our heads!

The location was very good. Check in was perfect. Staff friendly and welcoming.

The faceplate on the door frame was loose and had to be held in to close the door to the room. The shower had loose dirt in it that needed to be cleaned by me prior to showering. The property was very run down for a $100 room rate.

I didn’t get to shower because I was unable to use a blow dryer to dry my hair afterwards

Good breakfast and comfy bed

Electrical outlet beside sink did not work and the blow dryer was broken.

Decent, convenient place to stay for a decent price.

Comfortable, convenient and had everything we needed. Don't be put off by casual front desk, they were very helpful and friendly.

Nice, over night stay

Pet friendly hotel! No issues with our 95 lbs. GSD! Always a plus for us. Room was clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean with nice fresh towels, and a hair dryer. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Small fridge, microwave, coffee maker all in the room. Ice machine just down the hall. Vending machines next to the ice maker. Enough parking for my truck and 41 foot trailer. Couple of fast food options right next door, KFC and Taco Bell.

Breakfast was a complete disappointment. Walked into the room they use, looked at the offering, and walked out. Only hot item was make it yourself waffles.

No beds same rate, terrible business

Booked the suite with 3 beds as we traveled with a group but was informed that 2 of the beds "we're destroyed" I was offered a double queen of single king for the same price which seemed odd because the suit was more expensive than the other two. Or 2 rooms for the same price EACH. We chose to keep the room because we needed the floor space and brought our own air mattresses, but requested a lower rate since in essence we only got 1 double bed. I was told that the rate would stay the same. Upon check in I was given a bill for $334.89 which was nearly double the room rate for a suite. The Lady at the front desk was quite pleasant and was trying to help but obviously her hands were tied. The co-owner came but was unable to resolve the incorrect rate situation at check in and told me if it doesn't go back into my account by Wednesday to call. When we asked for pillows and blankets and sheets. We were given 2 pillows and were told they didn't have any more but we could roll up the blankets and use them as pillows, and didn't get sheets. We furnished our own beds you'd think they could at least furnish pillows, blankets and sheets. Once we inflated our air mattresses and settled in I decided to shower, wash cloth (only had one) was grey and dingy, one of the 2 towels was stained and the bath floor creaked and felt as though you could fall through. $178.64 for a double bed, 2 pillows and dingy towels for 1 night Sad situation. If it weren't for the fact that came to Moriarty to have a family day at McCalls we would have just kept going.

It was a place to sleep Staff friendly Lobby made a good impression

Rooms are in need of deep cleaning and repair Bathroom floor missing grout. Some grout had mold. Two small pillows...very thin blanket

Needed a place to stay for the night. Wouldn’t go back.

Average breakfast. Had to get our own syrup and milk from stockroom because no one was tending food.

A piece of bubble wrap was taped to a corner that had been damaged and the wrap was flapping off. The rug had many thorns imbedded in it. There was no clean green area for the dog.
