Comfortable and clean

King size bed, microwave and refrigerator

No coffee, no shampoo no cups to use in microwave. No light by the table.

ALL THE STAFF ARE AMAZING!!!! THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE GUESTS EXPERIENCE. ALSO WHEN ME AND MY ELDERLY MOTHER AND DOG WAS SUDDENLY HOMELESS. AND HAD NO WHERE TO GO THEY DIDNT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US LIKE BRIDGEWAY SUITES DID.

there was an issue with booking.com and the hotel, but the manager took care of the problem and made sure i was reimbursed i can;t thank her enough.

The staff was incredibly rude there was a mix-up when I went to pay and the staff told me that the room had already been paid for for an extra night I verified twice and they told me it was and a few hours later the manager tried to run my credit card without my approval and then kicked me out of the motel when I came to pay and cash accusing me of trying to defraud them when I had been up there several times trying to pay.

The staff was very rude the lady at the desk lied the manager is a joke and they have incredibly terrible customer service skills

It was better than sleeping on the street.

The location met my needs however the motel is in a busy, slightly seedy neighborhood

The room was unsafe - electrical receptacles that lacked face plates, the light in the tub/toiler area didn’t work, there was not place to hang up clothes, the lobby was closed and there was no coffee maker in the room, and the safety chain on the door was absent.

Worst motel in Gresham, greater Portland area

I did not like anything about this visit.

Extremely rude and room was so filthy I decided to check out immediately when told there were no other rooms or options. I only recovered 1/2 of the room cost even though I was only there for less than 30 min.

convenient to my son’s house

noisy dogs! chihuahua below and large dog in the same vicinity. cigarette smoke coming upstairs into my a/c unit, abandoned cars. I’ve stayed here multiple times for longer stays, and never had such a horrible experience. definitely not worth the $ on this stay

what I like about motel is the location. I dont drive, so the location is perfect. especially for shopping, meals, the staff has always been friendly and are really good at making people feel welcome and make sure they have what they need. the housekeeping staff are wonderful at making sure the rooms are well kept and clean. I couldnt ask for a better place to stay in gresham.
