Breakfast had a lot of different choices. Really liked the pancakes. Also washer and dryer available to use
It was fine. Some of the furniture in the room was old, but it suited my purposes fine

it was just a one night stay so wasn't looking for anything incredible. this fit the bill. the room was quite roomy and even had room for a couch. it didn't matter to me but be aware that there are 2 stories and no elevators. room was clean and nice. good location, close to lots of places to eat and close to a supermarket (i forgot my toothbrush).
the breakfast was a little lacking. if i remember correctly, it was a small brown bag with a couple of bars and an individual pastry. also the towels were getting a little worn in my room.

Pets welcome, stayed at this location several times, very accommodating staff!

Easy check in and check out. The breakfast was simple but a lot of choices is good and covered. Restaurants and coffee close by. Very clean.

The location and cleanliness was great.
Room 212 needs to the sink to be looked at. It was draining slow.
3.4
Clean room happy about that
Dog poop outside the entrances
And bathroom sink was clogged

The manager Sean at first was helpful and friendly
And then.... told me if I could be out by check out he would refund money for additional nights due to my family jome being damaged by wildfires a month later no refund and I’ve called him numerous times each time promising to fix it

The location
Room was filthy. what appeared to be poop on the wall below the toilet paper roll, light fixture in bathroom was visibly muddy/dirty. Crumbs on floor and sofa. Torn, stained, and worn out linens. Lamp flickered on then died and did not work. Rusty bathtub and beat up walls. Those things could have been over looked as we were tired from traveling but drew the line at the mattress bugs that were in hiding in the pull out.

Great location with easy access to either the freeway or to HWY 26 to Mt. Hood. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean both inside and out. The staff was very welcoming and felt like they truly cared to be working there.
The property is older and the floors show plenty of wear.

Location to hospital
Staffs attitude, blatant rudeness and no elevator. Staff would not acknowledge you in breakfast area and would walk in front of you when trying to get something.

nothing
it was filthy inside and out

it was close to everything I needed
it looked old and like a dorm. There were holes in the walls, the toilet seat looked like a gas station restroom toilet, the pain was dull and the carpet was old and dirty. The breakfast was like a 7-11 breakfast only worse, no protein only carbs

I wasn't able to use it but I was glad that it had a pool and spa and fitness area and business office. I was happy to have breakfast. Places to eat and so are nearby.
My daughter said the bed was uncomfortable and hurt her back the next morning.
But, it was still a good place to be for a quick overnight stay. It cost a little more than the quality inn that is across the street and that place was of better quality.

The breakfast isn't the greatest but the rooms are very nice 🙂
Breakfast.

Front Desk was very kind and helpful. Made every attempt to accommodate our needs. Felt safe.
Pool wasnt open, room smelled really bad and lacked any soundproofing. Bathroom light took too long to turn on.

the coffee pot was missing a piece and the microwave door was broke and you couldn’t open it

The guy when I checked in had us on the second floor I had my grandson with me that's almost 2 and there was no elevator so he put us in a room on the main floor thank you for that.
I work nights and woke up late the lady at the front desk was rude and not very understanding to someone that works nights and has a almost 2 year old with them on why I couldn't be out of the room in 30 minutes and was treating to charge my card for another nights fee even though I was checking out that day so I would have paid for something I wouldn't even get to use.

Very clean and allowed my senior dachshund for $10 per night.
Also loved the side-door access so no need to go through lobby each time in/out.

Pretty much everything
They don't have conditioner and they only do shampoo no lotion, and bottom floors they don't lock their windows that's not safe especially for a single woman alone

clean and well located
I forgot my charger and couldn't recover it even though I contacted the hotel soon and several times

Nothing at all, horrible service and they refused to return my deposit! They've got bedbugs and refused to switch my room.
The bed bugs, the staff on duty when checking out, whom kept my deposit and wouldn't give it back

I liked the staff. No games, no nonsense, helpful when called upon, leaves the guests alone otherwise.
I've had no issues to dislike

Someone needs to be responsible for the back side door. It opens and closes all night long and it slams over and over and over and wakes it up and wakes it up and wakes us up again the owners need to do something other than putting a sign on the door. get the damn thing fixed.
