It was easy to make a reservation
The room could have been a little cleaner. there was dust on top of the TV table, aslo the sheets were interesting, not a fitted bottom sheet and not a regular top sheet something like gauge thing . It was a bit odd.

This place has a laundry facility, and 1 parking spot per room. The water is very warm the shower and bathroom are very clean. Taking a hot bath was very nice. The T.V is a nice size and full cable access. The staff is very friendly.
The price was to much, the microwave did not work and the mini refrigerator was not clean. This is not a place for families. People smoked outside of the room. So when you open your door the smell of smoke came in. This seemed like a place for an emergency stop. In my case it was very late I had to find a room.

Room was large and well laid out. Room was clean. Was upstairs facing away from the freeway. We got in almost at mid-night and asked for a late check out which was noon and staff both said yes. Normal check out is 11:00a.m. Nice staff and very helpful from the check in person to the cleaning staff. Best wishes to all of them.
The items for us to use were not acceptable. The towels were thread bare; the bath tissue paper was one ply and little of it. We asked for an additional roll. The soap and other items fell apart when we opened them. If we need to bring our own, just tell us before we go, so there are no surprises. The best part of staying here was that we only booked one night. For the price of $189.00 +/- it was not a good value. We booked two rooms one for my MIL and then received an email that they did not have a room for her. Which was cancelled and a good thing she would have been VERY upset. Next time we will call ahead to find out if any of the description is still in place after COVID. Over all we wish it had been better as we could tell they are trying to do better however, we will not be back again.
