tics on bed staff quickly switched us rooms but didn’t offer any discount and said the manager wasn’t in. we decided to leave because we were scared there may have been some kind of infestation.

Was just an overnight stay. Was comfortable. Good price

Friendly staff. Good location, close to mall and food.

Found a dirty washcloth in shower rod in room. Obviously wasn’t cleaned properly. Staff just told me to contact their supervisor.

Not great

Some of the staff were nice

The sheets were stained, the room didn't have enough towels and when we asked for more they didn't give us what we needed, and the room had ants.

Was charged twice!

Property was ok. However, I have been charged twice for the stay. Now I have the burden of proof well after the fact!

we were looking for clean and convenient rooms and they delivered

shuttle to ontario a/port. quiet. breakfast was served on site. t

there were ants in the room. we were given a new room. hotel was very good to us.

Mediocore at best.

Location was good for us. Breakfast was ok though no where to sit very crowed.

We had ants in our room. AC unit was super loud. Shower head was leaking and spraying water out onto floor and ceiling. Staff not very friendly

Well-located and comfortable.

The breakfast is very good and varied. Even if you stay for many days, the variety of foods will meet your needs. Tim from the front desk is exceptional! He was very helpful, extremely attentive, and friendly. Just approach him, and he will assist you with a big smile!

The apartment is cleaned every three days. It didn't seem like a good idea to me.

Pleasant for a short stay but not good enough for longer than a short stay.

pricing for the weekend is always good. front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The AC was incredibly cold and perfect for a hot summer day.

Bathroom was dusty. The shower had a large stain that looked like dye. The couch in the room had some questionable spots.

We needed a hotel near the airport with a shuttle (they used Lyft drivers) and it worked out well.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff promptly addressed a situation when kids playing video games in a nearby room were yelling at the top of the lungs at 2:30 a.m. The breakfast was good, and included scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes.

Pricey with no Amenities offered

Staff was nice

No upgrades in the room as far as usb ports to plug and charge your phone. Asked front desk if they could possibly help me all I had was the usb wire to charge my phone not the adapter plug and they couldn't help figured there would have Bern a usb port to connect in the room and nope there wasn't

Overall enjoyable, not much sleep so I didn’t rest like I was hoping.

My room was next to the stairs and continuously people were stuck in the stairwell and banged on the doors and walls all hours of the evening and morning. I cut my stay short and left.

Worst check in experience!

Close to the mall and free parking

When I book the room I ask **4+** & 2 beds online. When checked in the host Dulce ask "for 4 people?" I said "no, its 4+" then she repeated "4+". Dulce proceeded checking me in gave my keys. I left to dinner with my family because we had just driven from Mexico. Came back in I get a call to my room that I had to pay 35.00 per additional person (2people) I ask "why? if Dulce never ask me or said anything when checking me in". The regional manager Yani join the discussion said thats their regulations I ask why didn't Dulce say anything to avoid this conflict then now iam being ask to be charged?" RM Yani said "I can give you options to pay, check out or you can pay for an other room for discount price for at least $100.00". Thereafter she said we weren't allowed to stay in the specific room w/4+ people now! ( first she's charging for the additional person to stay in the room!!!!! and now that we werent allowed to to be in that room) I was upset because I had to take my children out at 10 pm and look at a different Hotel to stay at this time of the night when I just booked this room for 1 night I had a few hours left to sleep. I ask for my check out email or receipt NOW HER SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND SHE COULDN'T GIVE ME A PAPER RECEIPT OR EMAIL that my security deposit and my money was going to get reimbursed. She ended up making a copy of the receipt for what check in for. And trust their words. Worst experience Rm Yani and Host Dulce need more traning. Yes I was furious..

Decent stay. But overpriced with not all the amenities

The hotel has a complimentary breakfast. The sheets were clean, and the staff cleaned the room mid week.

There was no wifi access (during my stay maintenance was being done on that) on the top floor, so I couldn't use all my devices. My room door was broken so I couldn't access my room in a timely manner.
