The best hotel in Ontario area for running away at haha

It was sooo big and sooo comfortable. Me and my partner spent a whole week here and it felt like home!

Rooms were nice

More of a variety would have been good for breakfast. A waffle station or pancake. Vegetarian food choices and different styles of potatoes. I think would make the stay better

It was very enjoyable.

The room was clean and very nice.

Breakfast didn't open until 6:30 so we didn't have the opportunity to eat before checking out.

Terrible stay.

Breakfast.

Linen, pillow cases smelled nasty, musky. No house keepers to change linen. No complimentary water in the room. No wash cloths in the room. Vending machines didn't work. Handicap parking was a problem.

Expected more from the breakfast since it stayed it was buffet. No room service. No cleaning unless you ask for it.

Spider web as big as a coffee maker

Everything was good except for 1 major issues. Free breakfast was the best . Good price front . Staff was prodessional

The giant cobweb in my room . I told the night clerk . Nothing was done. Took pics and showed the morning attendant . Nothing was done . Very disappointed . I was offered no discount or even a sorry

The elephants up front are nice

I didn't like that I got a notification the day of my arrival saying the pool was closed some time prior to and after my visit. Also our room was musty and there was mold in the bathroom. Good thing I also ring my own sheets.

The bed in particular was so comfortable that I almost missed my flight. Not complaining, it was just that luxurious.

Very bad bathroom, moldy, yuk!

Nice location, good breakfast, nice comfortable bed.

Bath VERY bad, dirty moldy shower head. Mold and black specks on corners of tile, tub. Height of tub from floor made it difficult to enter. Bathroom door hardware missing. Sink drained terrible, very slow. Frig was extremely small, VERY mini. Bath was deal breaker!! DIRTY Have photos if needed.

really great customer service

room was dirty at first. they immediately fixed it. made me feel valued and genuinely solved problem. breakfast was good this was an amazing stay I recommend this to anyone

Very nice stay in a lovely old world atmosphere.

Very quiet, spacious, clean, accommodating. Good basic breakfast each morning. Waffle mornings were our favorite! Front desk staff very helpful and resourceful.

No pool was available due to renovations.

absolutely nothing sweet about our suite or the entire experience for that matter. declined to stay at this dump of a hotel in their filthy room.

management’s undesirable duty to address a serious guest issue promptly and professionally.

Very comfortable stay and will come again!

The room was very comfortable and SO accommodating! It offered extras that other hotels did not offer. The bed was exceptionally cozy. I liked the liquid hand soap and not the soap bars that other places have. And I liked the pump liquid containers for lotion and shampoo, just like at my own house!

No shuttle service to the airport. On the internet it said there was a service, but the Clerk said due to covid, it is not offered anymore.
