The guest in the room upstairs above me stomped their feet on the floor continuously the entire time I was there. Back and forth from one side of the room to the other non stop stomping. Nobody walks that hard. It seems as though they were intentionally stomping.there were roaches all over the bathroom. The coffee pot wasn't clean it had old coffee bags still in the machine. When I checked in, I wasn't aware that a 50 dollar cash deposit was required. This was stated only in the fine print in the policy. I don't know if it is booking.coms policy or super 8's policy but they would not wave it and it had to be cash so I had to go find an ATM to get 50 cash to pay the deposit. It is refundable but I feel if they require a credit card to rent the room then you shouldn't have to pay a deposit. That's how all other hotels and motels do. If you pay cash then sometimes you must pay a deposit but if a credit card is used the deposit is waived. But in this case it was required to use a credit card for the room but the deposit had to be cash. It was inconvenient. I don't believe it was super 8 that required the deposit because if I would've rented the room without using booking .com then they don't ask for a deposit. If this is the case then super 8 should have been able to waive the deposit.its just bad business. I won't be staying at super 8 again. At least not the super 8 in Houston hobby on Almeda Genoa. That place is trash.

The guest towels for rooms generally needs to be changed to new ones. The ones provided has seen better days & looks so overused & off white with stains. All old towels needs to be discarded!

Very dissatisfied

The staff was nice

Nasty,. People smoking weed like they are in a Cheech and Chong movie,. And the Olympics tryouts went on all night . Running the stairs, the gymnastics team in the room above ,the soccer team kicking balls all night, and the people in the room next to us not really sure what was going on in there. Beds were like boards with sheets

Young kids need to have respect for helping people and I did not get a senior citizen discount.nop

The elder man who said good morning and ask how was we doing the other individual did not ask anything about.

The person who checked me in seems to be unhappy I walked in the lobby he came through the door he did not say good morning and he did not speak and when it was time to check out he still looked at unhappy he didn't ask me how was my state he did not ask me that I had a great visit so the person who checked me in I don't know his name but he do not need to check you'll guess if he is unhappy but the elder man was very kind and he spoke and said that money when we was putting our luggage into the car.

We can stay there again on a future visit.

The location was easily reachable...by car. The room was well-appointed. I was graciously accommodated by the person in the office, who allowed me to complete my reservation over the telephone while at work.

The regional manager had to resolve an inappropriate action by one of the Super8 staff. He was more than generous in transporting us to Hobby Airport in his personal vehicle [the cost of gasoline is less than a lawsuit].
