It was all in all a nice trip for the amount paid for the room.

I liked that there was no one there! && The employees didn't mess with you just let you do your own thing.

I didn't think the people smoking weed by the pool. I didn't like they quit selling gravy before breakfast was over.

Would not stay there again

Floor coming up in the bathroom. The trim around the bathroom door was all rusted. Looked like floor had been leaking in bathroom.

Room needs remodeling.

Glad it was only a one night stay !!!

Location was the only posity

Facility is dated, especially for area competition. Value pricing shouldn’t mean subpar facility and service. Had to stand at counter and wait for staff to show up to check us in, even after ringing bell. Was told there would be cookies in evening. There were none and only brought to dining room after we asked. At breakfast, there were no coffee cups. Staff said they didn’t get any delivered. Will not stay there again and won’t recommend it.

Nice staff with a beautiful, clean pool, and great accommodations.

Breakfast was great with a variety of hot and cold items. It was tasty and enjoyable atmosphere.

We were very satisfied!

Very poor

There was hair left in the drain of tub. It wasn't ours my husband and I are both gray two dead crickets in the corner by the lamp. The tub and sink have been painted. You can see the brush marks. They even painted the drains. All the way around the room there was a 2 inch Gap in between the wallpaper and the baseboards. Rest at the bottom of the bathroom door frame. Paint splatters all over walls. Bathroom toilet holder coming off wall. Not sure why they rented this room. I didn't feel comfortable the whole time I was there. Oh there was a spider coming out of the light of the bathroom when we first got there. My husband killed it

See above on what I liked. The bed was comfortable. Scared to touch the floor with my feet. We used to stay here about 4 years ago and it was a nice place.

Great location. Price was fair.

No housekeeping. Only allowed enough towels for 1 day. Big inconvenience considering we were there 6 full nights. And had hard time finding staff for fresh towels. Ants everywhere in the room. Floors so dirty your feet would be black. Ice machine didn't work. Pool was dirty. Continental breakfast was gross. Always cold. Cereal was steal. Because I pre paid we were locked in to staying. Will never return.

EVERYTHING & EVERYONE. Very personable & friendly & helpful. Beautiful place. You feel very safe. Perfect place to stay in town!

Bad Review

The bed!!

The breakfast was horrible the gravy was not edible so much salt 😫!!! Looked like they had eggs but they where gone. So we had to eat the 2 days we where there out. The reviews I read where all good that is the reason we booked here. Didn't see it till later people talking about pie & such in the evening if they had it they didn't tell us when we checked in. Had to call a number to check in no one at the front desk was actually locked. Even in the morning. I've never seen a place not have someone on duty when you have people staying there. Oh but on the morning we checked out the family was in there 4 to be exact. Just to take our keys!!!

The location was great. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful.

The room was freezing when we got there. The rooms should be preheated when the temperature is so low. There were ants on the vanity and in the bathroom.

Great stay and they always had coffee and snacks in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay here while we visited Branson.

Vacant building nearby with obvious squatters in it. I know that the next-door facility ran the squatters out while I was there.

We've stayed at this motel on different occasions, busy and slow seasons. The staff has always been courteous and the rooms clean. We will be back. Shower was great!

We just keep having trouble with finding comfortable beds, normally too firm. It looked like the room had been renovated some, carpet removed and flooring put down. Fridge, TV, satellite box and microwave were all unplugged.

Very good

This was our second time staying there. It is a good location, close to the strip in Branson. A large selection for breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. No Chevy beds "like a rock" and the shower worked very well. They provided dessert in the evenings.

The room was missing a microwave, but it did have the large fridge. They didn't clean the room while we were there for 3 nights and we had to ask for clean towels.

My stay was perfect...and did I mention that Vanessa was awesome...:-)

Of all my traveling and hotel stays I just had the pleasure of meeting the nicest and most helpful front desk hostess ever...Vanessa was great!! From letting us visibly pick our room to the cookies and peach cobbler she fixes every night at 9:00 to lighting the pit fire outside...she was awesome! Rooms have been remodeled and my king bed was great. Breakfast was the normal continental and all was good. Location is off the strip which makes it handy to move around away from the traffic if you know the streets to use.

Not really any dislikes as the room was recently remodeled and everything worked and was very clean. If I just had to try to come up with something it would be the air unit was a little loud, but that didn't stop it from keeping our room really cool.

The Breakfast was good, service was very helpful and even loved the late hours snack they had at 9pm.

We didn't get new towels till the 3rd day of staying there and there was no poolside towels too. But other than that it was good and I would stay there again.

We have stayed here many times and found rooms much better. They are undergoing renovations.

The location is excellent. The staff was friendly.

The rooms on third floor no elevator. A spider in the sink. Stained and dirty carpet. The breakfast person overslept and did not have a selection for breakfast.
