Our stay was good with the exception of no room service.

Good breakfast and good location

Our room was not cleaned,no new towels, or coffee. We were not told that we had to ask for room service!

Our stay was very short and sweet!

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff were great. We need a shuttle from the airport and they were right there to get us. We were so greatful!

Close to airport, but not restful sleep

Staff was friendly. Shuttle to airport.

I hated the location of my room. I was given a handicap accessible room, right off the lobby (which I didn't need). I heard people walking past my room all night and had car lights flashing through my window whenever a car drove up. It was a horrible night's sleep, especially since I had to get up at 4 am to catch a flight.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Overall decent stay.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days for a Packers game. Was very close to the airport we landed at (pretty much connected with it). We took a Lyft from the airport to the hotel and it only costed $8 since it’s so close. A free game day shuttle comes at 10am and takes you to the game which was great (just walk out of the hotel, go left across the street and stand at the cheesehead sign until the bus pulls up). Hotel staff was great and everyone was friendly + helpful. Overall , hotel was a convenient location and felt clean. Beds were decent and breakfast was good. Had a small snack room to buy drinks/beers/snacks at. Location isn’t too far from decent drive thru/restaurant options.

I chose the more expensive package when booking that included “breakfast” instead of having to pay at the property for it. Found out it’s just an open buffet for anyone to get food from regardless if they paid extra or not so I’m not sure why there’s even an option to pay more if it’s included for everyone.. Hotel/rooms are outdated. A lot of renovations going on in other rooms during our stay so assuming updated things are coming.

Extremely overrated on line and unwilling to accommodate changes.

Nothing. Location sucked. Staff was unhelpful. Breakfast was very basic and below average.

Online booking was difficult and changes were not available as initially claimed. Stated cancellation fee of one night stay with less than 24 hours notice but when tried to cancel the third night of stay with more than 24 hours notice, we were told we could check out after our two day stay but still had to pay for the third night.

Ok, but wouldn’t be my first choice.

Location was ok, confusing to get into. Just needed a quick hotel for the night and it worked. Breakfast was ok. We wish there were potatoes or another meat option out. The rest was standard. Juice machine was breaking through.

The bathroom shower had the last guests soap still in the shower. It was too late & we were too exhausted we didn’t get it re-cleaned, but that’s gross. The lighting in the room was horrible, and the air conditioner was loud when it would turn on or off.

Perfect location for flying in and out of Green Bay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and breakfast was great.

We had to leave for the airport at 4 AM. They had coffee and muffins.

Location was convenient off of hwy. Did not participate in breakfast; it was finished up before we were able to attend.

Price! But in comparison to the next eve in Sault Ste Marie, you win for the value/price comparison!

Place itself is very nice and great location.

Bathroom is so narrow by tub with door right on top practically Did not like that thought it was unsafe. Should be walk in shower. Would have liked if they had senior discount.

It was a quick stay but definitely woukd do it again

Your front desk lady was so kind and helpful! Love that you shuttle to and from the airport and to the Casino .
