Disappointing with the lack of caring for their guest.

Nothing.!!!! Due to airline travel advisory we had to change our flight last minute. They would not cancel our room. I'm very disappointed in there decision. I will never stay there again or will my many family or friends who always stayed there. In my other stays the rooms were dirty. Not happy at all. I sent them a email and they never responded not professional at all. Very upsetting since I have stayed with them many times in the PAST.

Their reservation cancelation decision. Due to weather not my choice had to change flights, rides and stays at other places with no issues. But not here!!! Never answered my email about my cancelation request. Very unprofessional. Will never stay again. Rooms in past says were dirty.

Very nice staff and always clean parking was good to for our truck and snowmobile trailer

The bath towels could be a little larger and softer but they were very clean!

Met our basic needs

Least expensive place to stay on our way to Sunday River in Maine. Generally it was clean. The receptionist was very friendly.

There was only one luggage cart and it was difficult to turn. The shower drain was dirty. There was no non-dairy milk in the breakfast area. The styrofoam cups are not good for the environment and they were too small. The orange drink tasted nothing like orange juice. We ate what we brought.

It was a good stay for the one last minute night we needed.

I felt the rooms were overpriced. They are clean and tidy but very outdated. There was no lamp on the nightstand.

The breakfast was awful, the room smelled weird with windows facing bright street light coming directly at you. The price is extremely high for such low level hotel

SEEN WORSE BUT HAVE SEEN MUCH BETTER TOO !

GOOD LOCATION, PLEASANT PEOPLE

THE FACILITY IS VERY DATED AND IN NEED OF SOME UPDATES. CAULKING IS EVERY WHERE IN THE BATHROOM,THE TOILET WAS LOSE IN THE FLOOR. THE FINISH IS WORN OFF THE TUB WHICH MAKES IT LOOK DIRTY. THE HALLWAYS WERE VERY HOT AND STUFFY.

Great Sleep

We were travelling from Quebec, so it was great location to stop, our plan for next morning was Santa’s Village!!

Way to expensive for a basic at best room in a facility with no other amenities!!

Rooms could be cleaner. Need more than cursory vacuuming and showers need more attention as well.

The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean.

Great location, comfy beds, large airy room, ample off street parking,, very quiet.

No breakfast as advertised (due to Covid. ) Towels were changed only on request. Rugs were dirty. Trash cans were emptied on request.

Quiet hotel in a great location

Excellent location only 10-15 minutes away from Santa's Village. The hotel is clean, well presented and quiet despite being next to the road. The rooms are warm - didn't even need to turn the heater on despite it being about 32F outside.

The only downside is that breakfast was not being served due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which is understandable.

The bathroom tube looked dirty, and they were supposed to have coffee in the morning and a continental breakfast with they had neither,the price was to high for what you get
