We liked the location within walking distance of the charming shops and cafes of Lenox, but felt rather separated from the major amenities offered at the Constance inn- we were at the Dewey. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Our group was all in our mid-seventies, and we were surprised to be placed in second floor rooms, facing a daunting staircase with no assistance with our bags. We booked two rooms for the same rate, but one room was very much smaller than the other, minus a sitting area. I didn't like that the rate for the rooms had been discounted since our booking, but we were not offered the discounted price. The included continental breakfast ended too early for those of us coming from the other location.

Very disappointed with the tv. Wanted to see post season baseball on fox. Stupid management is too cheap to get cable and relies on Roku for cable service.
No Mets to have a watch party with. Never again. LGM

Great location, nice staff, nice continental breakfast, clean.
Small very sparsely appointed, dated room without a closet

Beautiful spot!
We were not in the main properties, off in a “carriage house,” just a room. But it was fine. Just not awe-inspiring.

The location was good. The King size bed was as advertised.
Walking into the foyer there was an overwhelming smell of bad men's cologne. The room we stayed in was dark with some cheap updates. The breakfast was terrible with store bought muffins and bagels that didn't taste very fresh, watery coffee, no selection of milk (just 2% or non-dairy creamer - ugh!), and some overly sweet granola. The fruit was good though. For the price we paid, we expected fresh baked muffins, a selection of milk, different types of coffee (only Dunkin donut brand coffee for the coffee maker), fresh granola and other cereals, fresh bread, local jam instead of the small wasteful packets, etc. With check out at 11 AM, they could have had the cleaning persons wait to do their vacuuming, unless of course you like to eat with a vacuum buzzing in the background! Definitely not worth the outrageous price!!!

Great central location to the town center of Lenox. Wonderful staff, especially Jeff who knows the area very well. Satisfying continental breakfast each morning with a lovely dining room or several inviting porch or yard areas to eat at. Very comfortable, immaculate rooms.

The Constance is in a great location near downtown Lenox. It was an easy walk to good restaurants and shopping. Our room was clean and spacious. We appreciated fresh towels for the second day.
Check in wasn’t as smooth as promised. It’s supposed to be contactless but the front door was locked and the person who eventually gave us our key seemed surprised we were there. One we were checked in, we struggled a bit to get the heat on and the giant TV off ( but that’s on us). The continental breakfast was on the paltry side especially the second morning when there was no cream for the coffee and no yogurt to go with the blueberries that were on the counter. That being said, the breakfast room was pretty and cozy and tidy!

very nice room though it could use a bureau. There’s no place to put your clothes.

Good breakfast; nice porch and grounds
Very convenient to town; staff helpful
I recommend you install a small shelf in the bathroom for personal items
For summer the bed blanket is too warm; offer alternative lighter cover.
Cover the temperature on the A/C unit. It is a very bright light at night and interferes with sleep
