Need some improvement. But will stay there again. Good location and decent price

Breakfast was ok. If it rains no we’re to sit. The room was nice but missing comfort no table and chair to sit if your order out no place to sit. Little room to put away personal items. No towel racks in bathroom. Said micro in room. But there was none

El pesimo trato recibido por el empleado de la recepción, James. Me dio un trato despectivo ante mis limitaciones por comprender el idioma. Tratandose de un hotel turístico deberia contar con personal en la recepción que sea mas amable, cordial y empatico

La piscine et le jardin de la cours intérieure

Les draps étaient tachés et froissés comme s'ils avaient déjà servis. Nous avons dû en demander des propres. Nous sommes resté 4 jours, pas de ménage, ni de changement de serviettes. Personnels du petit déjeuner pas très agréable. Très peu de choix au petit déjeuner.

Best Western Naples We checked out of this Best Western 7 days early, because of all different kinds of bugs in our room! Cockroaches, ghost ants, round black bugs, other bugs. I have pictures! We told them from check in that we saw a cockroach. They said they would get someone to spray/set traps. We called the next day and the following day again and again and talked to the Asst. Manager, and left a voice message for hotel manager. We asked for our room to be sprayed or to set traps, and for the management to help us. Dirty and bug infested! No one ever came to clean or spray. As we were checking out another couple in front of us were complaining about the same thing in a different building. We exchanged names & phone numbers. Run!

Buena opción pero muy mal trato en recepción

Siempre tomamos este alojamiento como primera opción en Naples, nos agrada mucho la ubicación, el desayuno, incluso el personal del desayuno siempre es muy amable

Las camas esta vez no eran muy cómodas, incluso hacían ruido al movernos, pero lo que menos me gustó en esta oportunidad fue el trato de la chica de recepción, una persona bastante grosera y con disposición cero a ayudarnos, mi esposo debió llegar primero que yo y a pesar de tener incluso foto de mi id y la reservación , incluso la tarjeta con la que se hizo el pago a nombre de él, la chica no quería hacerle el check in, primera vez que son tan intransigentes y con tan poca empatía, ya que mi esposo estaba con mi hijo. Bastante decepcionante el trato de esta señorita para con el público.

The property is in very poor condition, the carpets in the rooms were very dirty, there was a cockroach in the room, there was no music in the pool, which was also dirty, the only good thing was the breakfast, very varied and well done.

Breakfast was very crowded, we were waiting for the table for 10 minute. Very basic selection of food. Rest was ok. Excellent recommendation for lunch from the guy at reception (I think his name was Peter).

Reasonable value for money

It was great to have a pool and an outdoor sitting area. A good selection breakfast (for American standards) was included in the room rate. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and the shopping plaza is nearby. The Italian restaurant on site is great but pricey.

The queen beds are only 135cm wide, too narrow for two people. Breakfast is served in the pool area. The breakfast routing and logistics are messy, creating lines and people crossing each other in the narrow space next to the pool.

The restaurant was closed on Sunday for lunch and there wasn't another option to eat.

Breakfast super good everything clean in pool The pool area, everything is very nice, the place is very cozy, I loved it, only that they should focus more on cleaning the rooms

the room was very dirty the bathroom smelled of urine dust in many parts of the room and one of the beds were not changed the sheets were stained

Very nice room and awesome pool areas, we especially loved the tropical plants.

Please do not use disposable tableware anymore for breakfast.

Staff was very helpful

The two bedroom apartment we booked was not available. We were told that Booking.com booked an apartment that was unavailable? We were given a one bedroom and our friend had to sleep on a miserably uncomfortable sofa bed. The staff was very apologetic and reduced the rate, but it was a very negative experience.

This was a good location. Close to the beach,shopping and dining. The staff are pleasant and dependable.

The bycles are a bit out dated and 2 of them are inaccessible.
