Overall great place to stay

Spacious rooms, Breakfast was served, complimentary drinks

There is no elevators , we was on the 2nd floor and had to carry my 5yr old upstairs because we couldn’t get her wheelchair to the stairs.

The location of this motel is excellent. It is easy to find, and is within walking distance of some restaurants.

Home away from home!

Our suite was pretty clean, and we felt very comfortable and at home. This has always been one of my favorite places to stay in Topeka because we do feel safe and at home. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel like you are home away from home. Many have been there for YEARS, so you feel a sense of belonging when you stay. New management seems to be keeping up with that feel along with beautiful new renovations that have made the property even more enjoyable. Beds are comfortable and all amenities have been in working order for us with the exception of the jacuzzi. Breakfast is hot and has good variety!

Price is still a little high, in my opinion, keeps us from staying more frequently. Your keys stop working right at 11, so if you get a late checkout, be careful or you'll get locked out of your room and have to walk all the way around the building to the front desk like I did.

Bathroom was a little run down, lighting over sink area not bright enough for putting in contacts or makeup, For the one night stay....exensive.

Pretty good location for a decent price.

Spacious room. Bed was good, but not great. Staff responded to issues quickly when informed. Breakfast was good.

Tub was cracked and needed repair. Maintenance did a good job, but this was not small and apparently not recent problem. No exhaust fan in bathroom, just a spot where it should be. Contributes to mold/mildew build-up quickly. Rooms only cleaned/serviced if you request it for each day in advance. Leaving the Do Not Disturb sign off is not enough. Should be informed of this upon check-in. Two times in ten days a guest smoked weed in a room/hall etc of the nonsmoking portion of the hotel. Management took action each time, but in the interim my wife ended up in urgent care. (She is allergic to weed smoke. )

Would Book Again When Traveling Through Kansas

Very comfortable King bed, nice little kitchenette in King Suite. Breakfast was hot and hearty, and hospitality/serving staff were incredibly pleasant, efficient, and friendly. AC works well.

Some of the lamps in the suite didn't work, even when i tried using different outlets, and the bulb filaments were intact.

Quiet, safe but disappointing.

It was quiet. Staff was friendly.

felt like i got catfished. Rooms were old, banged up trim and rough patches over wall cracks. Sticky old carpet. Bathroom grout was nasty. Shower felt like i was standing in a bucket, so unstable.

It’s a good value. The room was clean but nothing fancy.

It was clean and I felt safe. The dogs had plenty of places to do their business. The first floor rooms have sliding glass doors so that’s also an option for the dogs. Was a very quiet hotel.

The lighting on the rooms was very poor. The beds weren’t very comfortable.

price was a good value for the weekend, rooms were comfortable, updates could be done but not necessary.

good value, nice front desk employees, rooms were comfortable.

we had to ask for extra towels for our second night stay as no one had came to replenish supplies or clean room. breakfast does not begin until 7 am and we had to leave earlier than that for our day.

It was very quiet, and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly. It was actually a very cute hotel for the price, and was very clean. I felt very comfortable there! Free breakfast was pretty good as well. The outside area looked very nice as well. Gym was very nice as well actually had some pretty good equipment, certainly what you need to get the job done.

Nothing they really could’ve done better. The lobby and breakfast area looked like it had been renovated fairly recently but the rooms looked a little older and outdated. Again, was very clean and great for the price though.

Several small spots in need of repair or a bit run down, but looks as though fixes are in progress.

Loved the vibe and breakfast!

Breakfast was amazing! Eggs, gravy biscuits, bacon, yogurt, fruit, cereal, homemade waffles made to order! Best we ever had and the service was awesome!!

it was in a nice quiet place

another guest being highly rude to me. I did get to change rooms but I smoke and I don’t have a balcony so I have to go outside ( I don’t like for the other people staying having to walk into smoke if they aren’t smokers

Good stopover heading west

Good location right off 70, pet friendly. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave and good hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Complimentary drinks in the evening was a nice perk!

Toilet and AC were loud and pet fee seemed a bit high.
