Cleaner rooms then thought they would have,, the staff here seems to actually care about cleanliness although they have not mopped in a few weeks. They give you plenty of soap and towels. First cheap hotel I've stayed in that had outlets available every where so that was nice.
The location is terrible. They have to keep the entire place gated, sometimes a cop walks around and knocks on everyone's door to see who is here and who shouldn't be here. You have hookers coming in and out at all times. Drugs. Homeless.....all of it. I'm use to areas like this but this was the first time I didn't feel comfortable allowing my wife to walk around outside with the dogs. Stained blankets.

After checking in, we went to the room to put our things down before parking the car. Immediately upon entering the room was a horrible smell and something caught my eye in the corner it was a roach crawling across the floor, I immediately gathered out belongings from the bed and returned to the office to check out. There are a few things I will accept at hotels, ROACHES are one of them!
