Good place to stay.

Very friendly staff.

The shower only had about half of the water up to the shower, turning it on. That was a bit difficult to deal with. The tub filled up. I did tell the front desk and was told that there was no maintenance worker there while I stayed unfortunately.

Cockroach infested toilets made what would have been a pleasant room unbearable

A short drive to the SF premium outlets

The toilet was infested with cockroaches. Not very good value for the location and facilities

Un buen lugar para descansar y atender una agenda de actividades en Pleasanton

La ubicación cercana a lugares donde teniamos una agenda prevista

La habitacion tenia rastros de humo de fumadores y de hecho, el detetor de humos habia sido arrancado de su base. Tambien sorprendio el poco equipamiento de la habitación, cosa que M6 solia tener un buen standard en la zona, donde los habiamos usado decadas atras para alojarnos en viajes similares

Had to pay twice. :(

Good location. Near freeway entrance and in n outburger. Next to a service station.

I booked 2 rooms and paid for 2 rooms through booking.com. i got a confirmation email. When i got there. Motel 6 said they only got payment for 1 room, and they told me i have to pay them again if i need the 2nd room. I showed them the confirmation email. They didn't care. Manager wouldn't talk to me. It was midnight after driving all day from vegas, exhausted, i had 3 kids in the car. And they were telling me i only had 1 room. I needed 2 rooms. I ended up paying again. I was furious. Horrible service. That was not my issue. It was between booking.com and motel 6. Now i question booking.com.

Near the restaurants, accessible to all .. groceries, gas station , near the freeways

The curtain of the shower .. will not cover all the tub and the water will slip outside the tub , that goes to the floor ..

Just needed a place to sleep close to the hospital. Had a scheduled surgery in the morning.

We didn't stay there because they cancelled our reservation without a phone call!!!

We put down that we wanted to pay when we checked in, which was something that they offered. They charged our card before our check in time and the card on file is not one I use. So, it was declined and they cancelled our reservation without a phone call or anything. My husband showed up to check in and they were rude and had no more rooms available!! Will never book there again!

Basic motel with all the necessities you need for a stay but clean and good location

Its a nice , basic room for a short stay. Rooms are being cleaned every day ,towels provided. It had a fridge that was a great thing! It's perfect if you want to stay alone with a private bathroom somewhere that's relatively close to most big locations (like Oakland, San Jose) Parking is also free at the property. Supermarket and fast food restaurants like In-N-Out or Chick Fil A is literally few mins walk from there

There is a comedy club next to the motel, that was a bit noisy on Friday/Saturday but only while they had a break and didnt last long, could survive it. Maybe a hairdryer would have been a great addition

Devastating

They refused my payment without me knowing it because the maids didn’t like that I was rude in my response to them pounding on my door at 9 in the morning demanding rent when I’ve never had a problem paying they waited for me to leave to the store next door and took all my belongings from my room and threw it directly in the dumpster outside which was flooded with rain water
