The carpet in the room was filthy

The maintenance staff were friendly and helpful

The night security was hanging out in the laundry room area w/ the homeless people from the area being loud and woke me up well after 2am

Dirtiest most disgusting filthy smelly crime written drug infested Motel I've ever stayed at in my entire life and that is not an exaggeration

They allowed complete strangers to come into my room and sleep in my bed

They allowed to African American females access to my room when I went to work and then I had the nerve to blame me so I have personal property missing and they refused to call the police or pull up the video surveillance then they wouldn't let me speak to a manager or the owner because I'm certain one of the employees allowed these girls into my room to steal whatever they could and take a nap since everybody there knew my work schedule I knew what time I would be back

Nada.

La habitación con mal olor, la cama tenía solo sábana. Una almohada tenía la funda usada!!! Pusimos la calefacción, afuera -1 grados. A las 2 am apagaron la calefacción!!! Nos despertamos a las 3 helados y tuvimos que ponernos nuestras camperas y buzos para podes seguir durmiendo.

I would consider visiting the motel again.

Your staff, they were helpful, accommodating, and friendly.

Free WiFi without passwords, removal of carpeting, seal opening above the front door, cable would be nice. Custom Blanket on top of bed.

Horrible place to stay

The fact that we we're able to walk back and forth from Chase Field without being harassed by the homeless population around the area. Within walking distance of Chase Field

The building is falling apart. My daughter almost got hit with a piece of sheetrock that had fallen from the roof. Cockroaches in the room. Carpet and ceiling seemed to have water damage.

EZ 8 Motel is a dump, I would not recommend staying there.

The staff were great.

This motel is a dump. Some things about my room-> -Was given a “smoke-free” room which had an unbearable smell of smoke. -Room was disgustingly dirty -Flush on toilet got stuck every time it was used, cause water to continue to run. -Cockroaches in the room -Bed sheets were very dirty with visible stains that appeared to be blood. -Pieces of the carpet were missing in places causing me to cut my foot on the floor.

The staff

The room was horrible, roaches , walls were dirty , no hot water, no microwave, no refrigerator. Piping makes loud random noises all night. Maintenance sprayed raid and got me sick. This place is not even worth $20 a day. The worst room I have ever stayed in my lifetime. Please take this off your listing for the good of your customers. The only reason I stayed was that the whole city was sold out .

We never complained but ask for help

Clean and quiet. The desk staff was very helpful with any questions we had n the supervisor made sure our needs were meet since we're disable.

Some housekeepers do not greet, never ask if we need anything.. Some avoided our questions. Room service didn't clean room correctly. Our Room had an odor from the carpet
