Pleasantly surprised by this charming, well-kept retro motel smack dab in the center of Tempe/ASU.

Budget-friendly, nicely updated, super clean and well-kept, and the nicest staff ever. Location is smack dab in the center of Tempe so all those great restaurants, shops and bars on Mill are a stone's throw. Free parking in the little lot is very convenient. And if you're planning to be on the ASU campus, this is a fabulous place to stay. Oh, and there's a coffee maker and tiny adorable retro fridge. And plenty of outlets for devices.

It's a budget hotel, so don't expect fancy bells and whistles. But, anything you might need you can probably find nearby (grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, etc. are short walk away).

I changed hotels after the first night.

It was a cute little place, just rooms nothing else. They have no charge parking.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom door didn't closed. During the night is impossible to sleep if you are sensitive to light.

hidden gem

the staff was very professional, friendly and helped to check me in early since I traveled a long distance and needed rest. So the rooms are surprisingly updated and spacious!!

The location is great which means there is street noose. I wore ear plugs to sleep and had a bery restful night’s sleep!

location is great, mill ave is always nice. However they can be petty at this location.

location was great

room smells funny like someone dirty was living inside the room for weeks. bathroom gives you no privacy there was an alarm that went off two mornings in a row. they will also match you towel for towel lol so make sure you don’t miss place them. last they will charge you for room cards if don’t return them at end of stay.

Great location and nice updated features. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

The location was great. Pharmacy within walking distant and only a 5 min drive to our daughters dorm room.

There were no electrical outlets near the bed to charge phones, electronics, etc… The bathroom vanity didn’t have enough counter space because the sink was sitting on top of it.

Great!

Don't let the outside fool you. This is a nice place. The rooms have modern decor and fixtures. The California king bed was super comfy. Room and linens were clean. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Mill Ave. restaurants and bars. Price was much better than other places nearby. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The only thing I could say negative about our stay is that the room we got was upstairs adjacent to the road (Mill Ave.) The car traffic was a little noisy with the college kids out having fun on a Friday night, but that's not really anything the facility can be blamed for.
