good pool

broken sink. smelled like feces

It was closely located to holiday world.

For the price, it wasn’t worth it. It wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

the breakfast was as terrible as I was expecting. I liked the pillows. the lamps worked and the AC was cold.

upon arrival, I opened the door and the stench was awful, so I had to open the window, and found hair in the bath tub. the Wi-Fi didn’t work. not even on the tv. it says free showtime but never loads. the music channel works- kind of. it randomly glitches and the volume on the tv kept going up and down randomly. and the phones in the room don’t work. oh and there was a weird stain on my bed (pictured)

The bed and bathroom were nice and comfortable.

The refrigerator did not have a freezer. The ice machine on our first floor was broken and we had to use the one on third floor—the elevator was broken too. By 7 am, the hot breakfast items were almost empty, and there were not many people staying there.

Breakfast was great, hot food!

More eggs please. Butter please.

The bed

No hot water, no staff around, pool was gross. No towels in pool area. Breakfast was cold under cooked

Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles. Juice machine was broken so orange juice and milk were in pitchers

Heater broken in first room. Second room was ok, picture missing off the wall but the hardware was as still there

the property was outdated, the pool was green and there was left over crumbled food in our room floor. we left the day of check in and did not complete our stay for the night.

The room was very clean and it’s convenient. Staff were nice.

Other guests were noisy deep into the night. It’s hard or impossible to control the behavior of guests; nevertheless it impacted my experience.

The eggs were hard and cold. The oatmeal was so thick that a spoon stood upright in it. Do not recommend the food at all. In fact, we left and ate at a Denny's instead; didn't even care that we had to wait 45 minutes for food, because the Denny's was that crowded. Saw others there that had stayed at the hotel, too.... Should have stayed at the Motel 6 across the road as the amenities we paid for were subpar. Also, the door at the end of the hall to the outside (not the lobby doors) were help open with rocks. What's the point of having your card to enter if they prop open the doors?

The room was a good size.

Had to replace the sheets on the bed. And the room needed to be vacuumed.

Pool was not open. Should have been told during the booking. We probably still would have booked but wouldn’t have told the kids we were going to the pool when we got there.
