For an impromptu stop, it was definitely worth the money. If in the area again, I may stay here.

The location was great, right off the freeway. The staff was wonderful. The place is nice. Had dinner at the in house restaurant and bar. It was actually pretty good, I was surprised. The bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. Good room for the price.

The shower had no pressure at all! The vessel sinks in the bathroom are almost useless as you can barely get your hands under the faucet so makes washing your face difficult. The A/C unit needs replaced. I had it set at 66 and it was still warm in there. The fan was on high and barely blowing. We didn’t partake in breakfast because you had to pay for it.

Got good rest, would use them again just not room 302 or any third floor at this location given the weak Wi-Fi situation

The roominess of the room. Good amount of space for the amt of people we had (4). 2 beds and a rollout in a sectioned off room. With an extra tv in the other room. Kinda neat. Place was clean ( a big thing for me)

A/c didn’t work in room 301 nor did the Internet. 👎🏼 two major turn offs. When advertising these things, ensure they work in every room!!! If a person pays for them….. they should have them. The second room we got had the thermostat fall off the wall as soon as you touched it. Luckily the AC was new and was able to run from the unit itself. Had a better stay there 2nd night.

Perfect rest spot on a drove from MN to oregon.

1st off the cleanliness, cleanest hotel I have stayed in Thank you!!! It was no issue for me to have my dog and he was so comfortable. All the staff from the checkin, bartender, cleaning and maintenance people I interacted with were top notch, guve them a raise. All other hotels should come shadow your employees, you are doing everything right

It could always be less money :) but you get what you pay for

No cookies? When I booked, evidently I wasn’t able to get a breakfast voucher. Which is ridiculous. When you pay over $150 you’d think you’d get breakfast. The desk clerk made it right though

We have stayed at this location 2 times and have had issues both times. Not sure if we will return.

Breakfast was ok, about the usual of any hotel. Breakfast area seemed a little cramped for a buffet style

The cleanliness was not the greatest. Things missed in the room. Staff could have been a little more friendly addressing our issues.

The staff was so unprofessional. Also not trained when it came to taking payment. They continued to blame my bank for only partial payment. All in all, a horrible experience. Wish we could have worked something out.

Overall, stay was great and if needed would stay there again!

Was a great place to stay! Staff was friendly, room was clean and nice. We relaxed in the hot tub, pool was too cold to use.

I let the front desk know at check out ( which was not their fault at all), that I was not impressed or was it acceptable for a guest to let their dog run in the hallway off leash, I don't care what kind of dog it is. Even though you don't think your dog will do anything, you don't know what will set the animal off. Staff knew exactly who it was and was on top of it.

This use to be a nice hotel and we have stayed here everytime we would come into town. This last visit very disappointed

It would have been fine if we had the room type that we booked originally.

The convenience of being close to the airport and the shuttle was quick. Driver was very friendly!

Too busy and the front desk staff seemed to not know as much as they should have. We got in early and let them know we would be checking in later. By the time we got back to check in, they had given our room away. It was a 2-bed queen suite that we needed for the 3 of us. They said they would upgrade us to a better room, but the room was only 1 King bed, so our son had to sleep on the sofa bed. The best they could do was comp us $20 and give us 2 vouchers for the breakfast (worth $5). Then when we asked for bedding for the sofa, it was never delivered and we had to go back a couple hours later and ask again.

We were able to get by with hotel but I won't be staying there again unless changes are made.

Breakfast was not included with room. Hotel used coupons instead. Did not like that. Room was not ready for 3pm check-in. Excuse was that it was a staffing shortage. Hotel not very clean. Room had broken towel rack, missing lamp shades and room service was poor.

Good location, comfortable beds, but hotel needs to be updated and cleaned up.

the hotel needs a face-lift, dirty carpets in the hallway, and over-all looks kind of beat up. In the room we booked it for 4 occupants, we only had 2 bath towels, 2 coffee pods, and had to ask for additional bedding for the sofa bed. then at breakfast we weren't aware through our reservation that we needed a coupon (and no one offered it to us) or have to pay for breakfast, then they ran out of food...... the nice lady that works breakfast did get coupons for us that day, wish I knew her name , very kind older lady.

Very disappointed & dissatisfied and absolutely not worth the money.

Location

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. Staff slow to offer alternative which was a smaller room. The sofa sleeper was stained & unmade with no linens. When I asked for housekeeping to come & make the bed, I was told “ we don’t do that since COVID”, even when I said we were leaving for dinner. There were only two towels in the entire room.

2nd stay in 2 weeks

Laura who worked in Cafe. Was friendly, helpful and informative. This visit she was the only positive experience.

Had stayed two weeks prior and facility wasn't as clean. The room we got #201 was in need of up date. The sofa was stained and wall paper wasn't in good shape. Flight arrived after midnight and had no shuttle service available. Outside entrance was unkept and lobby garbage cans full to max.

Didn't have the breakfast but the location of the hotel was very good. The room was ok but it wasn't as clean as I would expect. We had to ask for clean towels because they never cleaned our room while we were there.

The hotel staff was very friendly and great to talk with.

Pleasant

We have stayed at this property a few times. I feel like the cleanliness and services have gone way down. The rooms aren't near as clean as they used to be and they don't come and clean your room for a two night stay....which is okay but the rooms need to be cleaned better before getting there. Also its quite expensive to stay there now and there is even a breakfast included.
