They've cleaned up their act

Past reviews seem negatively skewed or, more likely, this property has exerted efforts to improve their offering. I had an easy, good value stay with no issues. Clean room, cameras in parking lot for car, air conditioning worked. It's a value offering and not high end. With appropriate expectations, this place delivered budget value.

Bathroom was not clean, bedding was dirty. the smoke alarms went off twice in the night, making it impossible to sleep. The floor was dirty, I didn’t dare touch anything.. I will never stay there again!

you do have better lighting than the last hotel I stayed in

Kenna, the front office clerk was especially friendly and helpful and trying to help me to resolve my problem with the card keys

unfortunately, the card keys did not do too well in opening the doors. I had to swipe them repeatedly to get them to work. Kenna that you have an older type of card key lock system?

Interesting stay in Boise, was super dirty and noise

No remote, bandaid on ground by bed, dirty drawers, sticky counters, loud neighbors with loud music, hairbrush in hallway, looked like people were in Our room right before we checked in, the TV was even on and lights.

Don't stay in the Super 8 across the street, stay here instead.

Bed was comfy, room was adequate size. The property was near to where we were when I booked. Check-in was hassle free.

The doorway floor transition. There was a huge gap here + the bathroom floor was uneven. My wife tripped & almost face-planted into the bathroom due to this. The wood floor made our steps a tad bit loud.

Don't stay here

Beds were comfortable. Sheets seemed clean. Very cheap price.

Hotel is in very poor repair. Bathroom floors were absolutely filthy. Shower head fell off while showering.

Don't stay! Very low class.

Nothing!

Had to buy clorox and clean before I. Could use the toilet, red mold in shower and moped floor is was black. Counter tops had toothbrush all over them. The place smelled really bad, I had to get a scented candle to take smell out. There was no plug in for microwave and coffee maker.

DIDNT STAY LEFT AFTER SEEING ANOTHER ROOM SAME!!!

Could hardly hear or understand the clerk. The room was bad only one towel. Smelled of stale cigarettes wasn’t very clean had some piece of paper in the toilet. Most of the other guest I saw looked like drugged.

Not even worth the cheep price!

Absolutely nothing, my A/C in the room didn't work, and I told the front desk lady about it. She did Nothing! The rooms aren't clean and I only had one towel in the dirty bathroom. Not to mention the shower was clogged up and wouldn't drain. The refrigerator was a freezer with ice and drink products all in it. And the bedding and curtains had holes in them the floor wasn't even swept

I gave a cash deposit of 50 $ and was unable to get it back because there was no one at the front desk at 8:40 in the morning. I called the hotel and they told me I would need to come back after 12:00 pm to get it back! Which was impossible for me to do. I was assured that I could pick up the cash deposit early in the morning before departure to another town, but clearly wasn't able to!!
