One of the best b&b we have ever stayed at. From the host to the cutest house puppy, it was overall one of the best experiences ever. The breakfast was top notch. Don’t pass an opportunity to stay here.
It was a short walk to the center, but who cares, everything else was perfect.

Very kind and friendly hosts. The breakfast was fresh, healthy, very tasteful, homemade and a fabulous start into the day. The bed was fantastic and guaranteed a wonderful peaceful sleep. A place to come back. A parking opportunity nearby. Center of Ptown in walking distance.
Nothing. Everything has been perfect.

Homemade breakfast was fantastic. Professionalism handling other guests around a VIP guest. Overall an exceptional experience.
Really nothing. Maybe more obvious USB charging plugs.. completely minor comment.

Breakfast was wonderful! Homemade, different options, healthy foods - just delicious!!! The room is so cute and comfortable, i had my own entrance into a two room cottage, just adorable.
I only wish I could have stayed longer!!! This Inn is booked up way in advance so I lucked out with a last minute reservation.

Very convenient (easy walking distance) to beaches, restaurants and shopping yet, just far away enough from the busiest areas to provide a peaceful stay.
The house is warm and inviting with a fabulous breakfast and plenty of room to sit and enjoy. Our room was lovely, very comfortable bed, great shower.
Thank you Spencer, Dustin and Tallulah.

One of the BEST B&B's we have been to and we have been to many! Beautiful gardens, comfortable and well appointed rooms, all homemade, delicious meals and the owners are so friendly and helpful!
We could walk to everything, beach, art galleries, dining, whale watch and quaint shops.
We definitely will stay again!!!
Thank you Spencer and Dustin

Location was great. The hosts were wonderful and gracious. The breakfast was by far the best in town.

Location is far away enough from the noise on commercial but close enough to walk or bike pretty much anywhere you might want to go. Everything was stylish, clean, and incredibly cozy. Each morning there was fresh coffee and a delicious breakfast being served. The hosts were delightful, accommodating, and went above and beyond in every aspect. Will certainly be returning.
There was nothing my wife and I disliked about our stay. The only downside was that we didn't stay longer! A suggestion for the owners would be to update the photos online because they don't do this place justice.

We love the coziness, the old charm, the food and most specially the owners, Spencer & Dustin. They were so accommodating, location is on the quiet end of Commercial St. but close to the action. We won’t hesitate to go back in the near future. They’re highly recommended.

This place is exceptional. Dustin and Spencer make handsdown the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a bnb. They took such great care to see to every need, from dinner recs to offering afternoon latte and cookies. Truly a gem.

Our stay was incredible. Dustin and Spencer only took over the Inn one week ago and they were the most incredible hosts we have had (anywhere) we have stayed. They’re both obliging, friendly, gracious and Dustin is an awesome cook also. His breakfasts were a highlight each morning (photo of one breakfast attached). The Inn is only a short walk (under 10 minutes) to the heart of P-Town where all the lively action is - so it’s perfect for a restful break at the Inn OR very easy to get to the party area if you want that. As an added bonus, their cute dog Talulah is awesome for a daily doggy cuddle. The WiFi at the property is very good and my partner and I were able to work outside on the patio all week.
Nothing to do with the Inn, but P-Town is not a great place if you’re into running. There are no sidewalks, the forest paths aren’t great for exercise and the lovely beach sand is too soft. To exercise we went to the local playground on the next block (1 minute walk) which has a rubber surface and made for an excellent HIIT location!

Very personal touch and personable. Felt very welcome and had privacy. Lots of galleries in walking distance.
Wish i could have stayed longer.
