Location
Be wary of this place,I paid for an 8 day stay and they threw me out abruptly on Friday morning before the weekend at 10 am , they said my tv was too loud the night before, though no one else was staying on the floor They gave me 15 minutes to leave or they would call the police, though I paid in full, they wouldn’t refund me, I could only find another room for twice the rate at another hotel much less premium room. This was all done by Allison the owner who is extremely mean and on a power trip. This is a scam .They threw me out, took my money, they rebooked the room at a much higher rate after I left to someone else, your reservation is not safe here, you’ll be out on the street like me trying to find a room on a busy weekend with all rooms in town full , because of a loud tv which I respectfully turned down and Allison is on a power trip!! I am completely traumatized by this. A travelers worst nightmare, I tried to beg Paul to let me stay. I had nowhere to go. I had turned down the TV when they asked me too. They are extremely cruel people. The only reason to do that was so they could rebook it at a much higher rate, though I booked and paid for the room months before. Allison said she is the owner and can do anything she wants including putting someone on the street with nowhere to go, so she could rebook the room for a higher price

Excellent communication from initial booking through entire stay. Great breakfast with dietary options and served in a cozy and welcoming separate cottage. Always snacks/coffee/teas on hand. Nice outdoor space with fire pit, tables and chairs. Location within a block of shops and restaurants.
Can’t think of anything.

everything. Paul was a great attentive and entertaining host with a great eye for the little details which makes sour stay brilliant.

There is nothing to dislike.

Alison is a fantastic host and there is nothing she won’t do for her guests. Her breakfasts will last you through the day. We stayed in room 5 which is on the smaller side but very comfortable. The breakfast room is a lovely place to read, play games, hang out in if the weather isn’t good. Lovely touches like chocolates when you arrive, a good guide book, lots of helpful advice. Alison is also a demon at parking!
This is NOT a complaint - just an observation. The basin is in the room rather than the bathroom.

The location to the heart of town and walking distance to the water.

The location was perfect and the entire town was within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. Check in and parking were easy and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be visiting the Revere Guest House again in the future.
Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

The warm and welcoming staff
The facilities were fantastic
The location and proximity to the town main attractions.

Revere Inn's breakfast room was beyond what you would find at a 5 star resorts. Great selection of food items, many available around the clock. Guests gathered there and pleasantly interacted.
The bed needed for padding. Very firm and springs too pronounced.

charm, quietness, friendly welcoming, cleanliness, asparagus omelet, fire pit….

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Great breakfast. Location was really close to the center of town.
Patrons could have been friendlier. People were standoffish, but maybe because of covid and I don't blame the staff for that.

The breakfast was simple but good - a nice way to start the day. My room had a mini-split air-conditioner which was great. The staff was really nice.
The room as a bit small and the bathroom was not en-suite (but was private). These weren't that big of deal though!
4.8
This was an adorable spot that is close enough to walk to all the attractions in PTown. The host makes you feel welcome and truly like a guest. I recommend skipping the traditional hotel options and settling in to this cozy, beautiful guest house.
No cons!

The softest sheets I’ve slept in an ages. Tasty and creative full breakfast every morning—homemade muffins, teas , and coffee available throughout the stay. Even the toiletries provided were divine. My room was just as advertised—it was tempting rarely to leave it. Very helpful, hospitable, and knowledgeable proprietors. I hope definitely to visit again
