The location and price

The blow dryer is attached to a wall with no way to plug it up. The mirrors were dirty. The pictures online show a easy chair but there wasn't one. Also says coffee but there wasn't a coffee maker.

Slow computer check-in. It took 30 minutes to get checked in.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Very cost-efficient.

The noise from other guests was excessive. The outside of the property was not as clean as the rooms.

everything went well, the room was good. The beds were a bit small but that is fine . Breakfast could do way better, For breakfast, there was no variety , and the table was empty when we went down for breakfast .

Comfortable but loud

The room was very clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the drunk neighbors hitting the walls, and being loud all hours of the night.

Great value for the price

We were nervous about what the room would look like at first but to our surprise it was very nice and clean!

We paid for a roll away bed and instead of them delivering it to our room we had to walk to the lobby and roll the roll away bed back to our room ourselves, I felt this could potentially cause liability issues if we were to get hurt rolling the bed ourselves. I think they should deliver those to rooms when purchased.

It was for one night, thank goodness.

Online the description and area looked very different, the breakfast was all carbs. They need to offer protein

No lights worked in the room except for the overhead light at the bathroom sink. The hairdryer was very dirty at the on button and hand grip. I had to wrap a washcloth around the handle before I would hold It. One standing lamp by the window was the only light in the sleeping area. Overall the lighting was very dim and it was hard to do the little un packing and packing I needed to do The coffee pot had to be relocated to a working plug. The whole property is being remodeled, and as a guest you have to "overlook" these things. I was exhausted and did not have the energy to complain.

There were cockroaches crawling all over the beds and counter of the bathroom sink. The TV in the room didn't work and they refused to fix it

Room was fine. Nice and clean.

Check in was a disaster! I have requested twice now for a manager to call me. This is my third request. Please call Ernest Henson at 615-579-0383. I anticipate your call.
