Great except for the Basketball results....a whole other story!

Sam was awesome!! Very helpful and so accommodating. Allowed for early than expected checkins and also for our checkout. Any issues ask for Sam.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The room was absolutely filthy. Even my sheets and blanket were either dirty or severely stained. The refrigerator was full of old food, the floors turned my feet black, the mirror was dirty, the shower wall had hair on it, and the plug in the bathroom did not work. There were car alarms going off and so much noise in the middle of the night.

We enjoyed our trip and had no problems with our room other than cleanliness of the rooms and property

Convenient for the race weekend

They were remodeling and our room wasn’t clean or cleaned properly toilets were nasty and my brothers room he found bloody sheets on one of the beds other than that it was a very convenient location and an ok atmosphere and area

Zero things to like.

This place is literally infested with cock roaches. It was so bad. We killed 4 immediately walking through the door of our room. I complained, and they came and sprayed, but who can sleep with worrying about having a bug crawl on you. We were in and out. The room was outdated and run down except for a mini fridge and microwave. Seriously the worst I've ever booked.

Staff was friendly

The beds just had a flat sheet and thin duvet. Beds were kinda old too. Property hasn't been maintained or updated. Price should be closer to $75 a night maximum for what it is.

my sheet set had stains but decent for one night. I went out and brought my own covers to sleep on.

After paying 460.00 for 2 rooms, really not worth the cost. Very bad experience

Rooms were not clean, towels/comforter, stained. A/c unit did not work properly. Bathroom door did not shut properly. Security lock did not lock in one of the rooms. Booked two rooms with double beds, they were not able to get them close together, one was on first floor and second was on 2nd floor on other side of hotel. Instead, ended up with 1 double room, and 1 king bed in room. There was a “Jacuzzi”, in king room, but was not able to use cause it was not clean and was not making sounds when we turned it on. The toilet was dirty and not working properly. Key card did not work, having 4 of them, only 2 worked. Spoke with lady at from desk, she said that she wasn’t able to do anything, that we had to speak with “Mike”, but he was not there and should be in later. I didn’t have time to wait as we were here to tour Valdosta State University. Went to check out next morning, same lady said that Mike was only one to take care of any issues, that she could not make any adjustments. Called after we had departed, and he was not there again.

The staff was nice and helpful.

The room could have been better stocked with more towels and toilet paper.

Very good

Great staff, Large room, big bed, good location, not noisy.

Floors were mopped but needed a good scrub. Stains on sheets and towels (glad we brought our own). Plumbing needs addressed, slow drainage for bath tub and jacuzzi tub.

Booking.com takes your money and doesn't deliver

The hotel did not have my reservation, for which I had already paid, and the hotel clerk was more interested in dumping trash cans than in helping me so I had to go to another hotel, meaning that I paid twice. Now Booking.com has my money and I got nothing for it. Booking.com owes me over $90. I will never use this service again.

Had roachs.very first thing you seen when you opened door. sheets on bed wasn't clean sheets had hair and dirt all over them. We did not stay 10 mins. don't stay here over priced and under quality and air quality sucked smelled like mildew

Seems like a prostitute hotel

The beds were comfortable and it was in the location where I doordash.

The toilet did not work at all. No water in the tank. The covers were stained and the curtain was filthy.
