Like the pool areas and that there was a shuttle service.

I don't know if all the rooms where the same but ours was not very clean. The floors were dirty and damp. If you walked bare foot your feet would turn black. Couldnt even watch a little tv if you wanted because the picture isnt really clear. The lamps had surface rust on it. We had 2 queen beds in our room and one you sank in the other was fine. The facility is out dated and needs alot of new things. The shower heads had some kind of build up on it. The doors to all the rooms must have been the same because you had to slam the door to shut it as they are crooked and not aligned right. You could hear everyone slamming there doors to get them shut. The wall are paper thin you can hear everyone on either side of you. It's definitely a little to much money for how out dated things are. Other than the pool areas they had I wouldn't stay here again.

Front desk lady personal not friendly at all. Room is too old and dirty inside, dirty carpet, bad entrance door, a lot of bugs in the room for the price. Baby Crib is rusted and wobbly very old crib

Outstanding!!!

The variation of things to do!! Pool, splash pad, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, pavilion to bbq!! So clean and respectful! Transportation to and from OC was perfect and made traveling to and from so easy. Loved everything about this place!

Quite hours for morning we’re unclear. My kids wanted to play outside at 8am but another family got upset they were being loud even though it was in my mind a family resort and kids are up early. I wish quiet hours were better posted for families to understand.

The room was nasty. The tub, toilet and sink had yellow stains and the rug was dirty.

Highly recommended

There were a lot of things to do on the premises. It was close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. And they had a shuttle to take you from the resort to the beach.

The rooms could use some updating and a desk or another night stand. We had a mini fridge and microwave but nowhere to sit and eat. There were only two beds, a dresser, chair and nightstand.

comfy yet affordable spot to stay while visiting the beaches near Maryland

very clean and family friendly

a lot of the amnesties were closed down or not active,the indoor pool was cold outside of the hot tub however a very affordable yet fun place for kids we went in the beginning of October

It quick location for a weekend with small children

There were activities on the actual property such as the indoor and outdoor pools and the Mini-golf. It was also close to other activities. The outlets and restaurants are right across the street from the property.

The room hand a mil-dew smell. The shower water pressure is low and the shower has a very annoying squeal 🤦🏽‍♀️

Bad not what I thought it would be the Lady in front of us had the same problem got her money back

No breakfast nothing because it was noisy and when we checked out we complained about it and he was very rude they didn’t tell us about Security there and we cannot read minds or we would’ve called if they told us if we had any problems I was so upset we left the next day a day early

Attempting to the handicap room wasn’t handicapped accessible at all. There was a flight of stairs and 2 broken banisters that you CANNOT lean on. The handicapped room had a smell of mold/mildew mostly likely behind the painted wood panel walls from long term water damage. The kids over you if you book on the first floor will have you up all day & night because the floors are thin/sound barriers.(make sure you get a upstairs unit instead to prevent this) It sounded like a mosh pit was going on upstairs midday!

Other then the issues listed we enjoyed our stay

The two pools to choose from and the mini golf was nice. The shuttle bus back and forth to the beach. The stand was broken and the room could use a little updating.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the water pressure was horrible and smelled like fish. The bathroom had sand on the floor.

The staff was great. Room had a full refrigerator, stove, oven and even dishes and silverware. Also both pools were nice plus lots of activities. Ex: volleyball, mini golf, basketball, cornhole, even a little movie theater! Great for families. We had an awesome stay!

The shuttle to the boardwalk was a great accommodation and at no charge. The facility has some areas that need updating and I happened to stay in that area, but there are renovated sections. The movie nights are good for those rainy nights and comfortable seating. There is also food available and drinks for the adults.

The room I was in needed an update bad, but the staff managed advised me the section I was in is scheduled for a 2023 update. It seemed people use this place as their personal babysitter and let their kids do what they want. The indoor pool area needs a deep cleaning as twice a child decided to use that pool as a bathroom. The staff did shut it down and drained the pool and cleaned it. That is not the fault of the resort, but it happened frequently.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Staff was friendly & helpful. The grounds outside were very well maintained. Rooms were clean. Main lobby very clean & great atmosphere. Both pools & hot tubs were very clean as well. Putt putt course in great shape. A great place for A family vacation . This will be our go to spot in the future.

There was no breakfast, with the price of the room u think we could have gotten breakfast!! The pool area was awesome

The mold in our bathroom ceiling the beds was uncomfortable
