For the price paid,sorely disappointed

Close to town do we could walk and enjoy the area

Tiny tiny room. No place to put your bags. Could barely get around the side of the bed. Door didn’t close tightly. You could see right thru to the outside. The pool wasn’t even swimmable. The temperature was fine but it needed to be cleaned and the water was slimy. Booked it for having a pool but will never stay again

Sleeping was poor because of the noise above us all night

There was no coffee machine in the room. No hair dryer. No tissue paper.

Great value bad breakfast

The location was great, and within walking distance to all the areas we wanted to see. We were here for my husband's birthday.

Breakfast was to be included. It was weak coffee and a granola bar. Not exactly false advertising but definitely not breakfast at all.

Definitely could have been better but the price and location was a selling point

Room was overall clean besides the wood accent panel thing which was very very dusty. Location is really good which is why i picked here

The remote/TV we’re equipped to have netflix etc but it did not work. I know it wasn’t advertised but that wouldve been a huge bonus. More than half the channels lagged so bad they were unwatchable. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom rattled excessively and made it impossible to sleep with it on. I basically had 2 sleepless nights. Its not the quietest of setups as most doors are right next to others so you constantly hear people coming and going. The “coffee with breakfast option” was coffee with “Chewy” brand granola bars. Kind of a joke to me

Noisy - very thin walls. Adjoining rooms were noisy until 3:30 am. - people going in and out all night with loud banging on walls.

Location

The room had a musty smell when we arrived. The filter might of been dirty on the A/C unit. The shower looked like it had mold on the bottom corner. The room didn't have a table in it.

Fair but were expecting more based on a previous stay

Close to entertainment and restaurants, easy access for motorcycle. The Price was fair for a Sunday and we got a King size bed. A lot of towels.

The room given was definitely not made for that but transformed and positionned in an odd place. A lot of spiders and flies in the room. Bathroom was neglected compared ton the room itself. Was supposed to have breakfast included which is false publicity. Coffee, juice and granola bars were served, which is definitely not a breakfast.

Too much money for the accommodations. Many or most of the hotels in this area fall into that category.

The location is right in Lake George Village

I think the picture above is misleading. The from was clean, but very small and although there were two desk chairs, there isn’t anywhere to sit besides the bed. I saw that all of the sheets were clean and wrapped in plastic when the staff was turning over rooms, but our bedsheets didn’t seem to be freshly laundered. I believe they advertise a pool, but it’s in the middle of the parking lot and not very appealing.

Overall I liked only location and I will not recommend this property.

Room was very small with no closets and shower curtain was dirty bathroom wall leaking,bedside tables were all moldy and full of dust behind.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, convenient location to event we attended

Room was small, outdated, air conditioner was very loud, people in next room were constantly sitting outside at a table directly in front of window at our room, lack of privacy

will not stay again regardless of how close it is to town

the bed was comfortable and the location was great

there were cracks in the wall in the bathroom and over all the property was loud. people awake and outside late not a real chance to get any rest. the other guests were disrespectful of others and wasn’t really anything done about that. vending machine and ice machine out of order.

Not bad for the price but please tone down the cleaning products

Room was quiet and comfortable, hotel is conveniently located, you can walk to restaurants and many of the sights. Onsite Electric Vehicle charger, however you can only download the app to activate it using a device registered in the USA. I called their 1-800 number listed on the machine and they activated it remotely for free which was nice.

Room smelled very strongly of cleaning products when we arrived. We asked to switch to another room but it was the same. Ended up having to open the windows and doors for a couple of hours to get to the point that it was tolerable. No breakfast available at the hotel.

Disappointing

Close to the lake, walking distance to town.

Room was not very clean and smelled upon arrival. Luckily it was summer and we were able to leave the door open for a while and spray it down with air freshener. Room was missing the tv remote and it took a long time to even locate someone in the front office to replace it. There was supposed to be breakfast in the morning and it turned out to be only coffee and chocolate chip granola bars.
