Disappointing

The Staff was very nice. And the AC worked really well.

Coffee was cold, the place was full of loud barking dogs and kids all morning. And the pool or hot tub was out of service.

OK but could be better

We had a place to stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

There were no elevators and the pool was under construction and not useable. The tv was small, perched on top of a closet with unsightly cables.

Would not recommend staying here at any price.

Nothing at all

No coffee pot in room. only one single soap- no shampoo etc. toilet looked like it had been used and not flushed. Noisy-had to bang on door to get music in an adjoining room turned down. Taps in bathroom were reversed. Paid more to get less value than anywhere else. Moulding in bathroom was old, cracked, mouldy. Leaned over to plug in my phone by the bed and was a dried piece of lettuce on the floor! Bed seemed small for a queen. No pool or hot tub. No breakfast although I think was advertised but it was never mentioned and did not see anywhere.

We came . We slept. We left.

It was right off the freeway. That was convenient. The bed was comfortable. D

Very old and shabby. The hall carpet had not been vacuumed in days. Key lock on nearby outside door didn't work.

Would not stay there again

…

I stayed for a week..No towels in room, no room service at all. Dogs barking in building. Wasn’t told anything if they had Wi-Fi or not. Key card didn’t work 3 of the 4 days. Tried to checkout a day earlier and couldn’t get a refund.

Nicely satisfied!

My husband and I were quite comfortable there. Bed comfy, room clean and price right. For the price and a place to stay, we were quite satisfied. Thank you!

I guess you get what you pay for. Not satisfied at all!! spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The location off the Interstate is a good location. It is not very close to places to eat though. The kids did like the pool.

Very Dirty. Hard Wood floor was disgusting. i made the mistake of looking under the bed and I don’t think it has seen a broom or a mop in quite awhile.

Cheap rooms. You get what you pay for.

The color’s of the room was fun.

Hardwood Floor was dirty if you looked… Corners and under the bed was really dirty. I think they forgot to sweep.

Location and cost

Barking dog in room next to us. With the empty rooms available, it would not have been very difficult to isolate the barking dogs room better.

I accidentally booked the room through Booking.com. I could have saved money by going to Motel6.com.

IWe paid over $80.00 for a $20.00 room!! Definitely did not meet our standards.

Location

They told us there would be coffee and something to eat after 5AM. There was nothing. No tissues in room. Mouldings on floor were broken and unpainted and dirty.

Nothing really. The new updated rooms and throughout really boosted our confidence in Motel 6.

we will definitely be trying another hotel if we ever stay in Nephi again.

pool was open, laundry, the laundry ladies were nice. and the young lady at the front desk was great.

room smelled like pee and old people. microwave was dirty on top, window broke, didn’t feel safe at all. older lady at front desk wasn’t even there we waited for awhile and just told me check in wasn’t until 1 without even checking the cleaning lady too see if she had a room available for us.
