Excellent service and very homey.

Very friendly staff. Was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and very spacious

Pool area was very over clorined. There were bubbles from it.

Very nice and relaxing.

The room was amazing. The whirlpool and fireplace were so relaxing.

There was a group of people with kids. Very noisy. Nothing on the hotel.....

I would stay again; but, I hope there would be a happier staff.

The breakfast was okay. Nice variety, when available. LOVE SEATTLE'S BEST COFFEE! (when they didn't run out and not refill). LOVE that you allowed pets! Pretty clean, not sparkling; but, it appeared like an older building. Fixtures are older.

The breakfast needs to have more attention. Crock pots were left empty and still heated. Staff was literally chatting and hanging out behind the counter with several people waiting for breakfast items to be refilled. My daughter never did get the french toast sticks that was being offered; but ran out right away. One lonely dried up stick was left in the crock pot that no one wanted. There was over an hour left of breakfast time. No juice cups; Coffee ran out, not refilled. Coffee bar bottles of sweetener did not work. Never fixed. One of your staff members at the desk was very grumpy...

Property was comfortable but very dated. Definitely could use a renovation

Breakfast was good, but it ended at 9. 10 would be better. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not.

Our room had a horrible musty, dirty sock smell. It was not in the hallway, but smelled very bad when you opened the door. Seemed as if it was either from the air conditioning or the carpet.

Close to where we were going.

All the cobwebs by the windows by door to get in. Know it's hard to keep up with little help these days but it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

Came thru in a pinch

The room was fine, the breakfast was good, the hot tub was nice and warm

The shower "screamed" the entire time, the pool has some stuff on the bottom, the price for one night was a bit much

remote control didn’t work for tv one side of king mattress completely sunk in and made awful noise when any movement and just getting into bed

A little disappointing.

Breakfast was to late, 7AM, we left.

The pool had to much chlorine in it, you couldn't swim. The whirlpool by the pool was not working. You charged me 222.00 . And the motel charged me 255.00. It was a little up setting.
