Bad

The price was the only good thing about this place.

It was dirty, no wash cloths, they said breakfast was included. No breakfast. There was a dirty qtip behind the night stand.

bathroom was nasty (mold on the ceiling, in the AC, floor/blankets dirty). neighbors very nosy and very sketchy location.

It was great as usual!

Location is great, room is nice and clean! I have stayed with them several times, as a home base for exploring the Buffalo river. They have fulfilled my request for a certain room each time, and I really did appreciate that!!!! I will be staying there again!

I should have picked Wyndham

easy to find

rooms were dark very little lighting option. toilet didn’t flush. towels were rough-very rough. fan I. bathroom didn’t work. $70 ALOT for this room

Cheap, Convenient, Clean

This is a really OLD facility but in a very good location of the East side of town. Really convenient to South Scenic Highway 7 and Hwy 43 to Ponca. It is clean and maintained as well as its age will allow. The A/C worked well and was QUIET!! YEA!

The bed was among the worst I've slept in. WAY TOO FIRM! It was clean is about the only positive thing I can say about it. The TV remote did not work properly. Fortunately I am skilled in fixing that issue, but it kept defaulting to not working other than the on-off portion.

I had a good experience

Great location, nice and quiet, staff I dealt with were very nice and accommodating. It's a little dated but everything work as it should and was clean. For this price I'll definitely stay here again.

Having no water is a deal killer.

The room had a nice tv and cable service and a microwave. You can park right outside your door.

There was no water most of the time and when it was briefly on, it was dark brown. Then it went off again. Toilet wouldn't flush. Couldn't take a shower or brush my teeth. When I told the proprietor he just said the water was "on and off" and made on/off motions with his hands. When I complained afterward and asked for a partial refund in writing I was told there was probably maintenance - as if that made it all right.

Superb

Loved the owners. Rooms were very clean. Air conditioning worked very well. Rooms were made to look their very best. You could tell they took pride in their hotel and wanted their guests to have a comfortable stay. Hope to keep them my little Brandon secret.

Older Hotel and Toilet Area a bit tight. Breakfast was very limited.
