The room had 3 queen beds!
The musty smell just hit you everything you walked in. We had to keep the window open. They don't deep clean. The towels were stained, frayed and thin. Yucky and not worth the cheap price

Very good value for an expensive town like Durango. John and his wife are very helpful and kind.

Very nice room for a modest price, especially for Durango. The motel is across the street from a City Market and near the trolley stop which makes it a breeze to get into downtown. I was on a solo motorcycle trip and wasn’t looking for a 5 star resort. Great value.
Nothing. My expectations were met. I was looking for a clean room, nice shower, clean sheets and air conditioning. That’s what I got. What more do I need?

Biker friendly and excellent, secure location. The owners are wonderful people
The property itself could use some sprucing up to be honest. I knew that prior to our stay and it’s really just some cosmetics. The rooms were clean and everything worked as it should

Friendly staff. Clean room.
Price for what we got. No shower head in shower. It was horrible. Room was tiny and very outdated. Allow pets but no where to excersise them or take to potty. For the price didn't feel it was worth the stay.

close to roadway
We think there was blood on shower tiles and on the bathroom door.

Check in went well. Very friendly reception.
No coffee in room and the wifi was a bit weak.

Clean
No blow dryer, staff not available during off hours, and no continental breakfast. I had to park in an odd location with no lighting which felt unsafe.

Good location. Delicious restaurant 'sage...' across the street.
The room was small, the ceiling light didn't work and there were someone else's hairs in the bed.
To top it off the towels were dirty (they had stains on them). When we went to the reception to ask for new towels they gave us towels that had even more stains on them.

Location was good.
Supermarket across the street.
Close to restaurants.
Comfortable beds.
Microwave and fridge.
Parking in front of my room.

We were pleased with the room rates. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
I didn't like that I had to pay for ice. I understand charging if they want to fill a cooler, but room use for drinks should be free.

Even though the room was very spartan and quite old, the cost for a room with 3 queen size beds was reasonable. The clerk at check-in was very personable.
The room was "bare bones." There were no facial tissues. There was no coffee maker.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet with an excellent restaurant next door. We knew it was a budget motel so didn't expect any frills, and there weren't any, but that was OK. Excellent price for what you got.
No space in room for luggage for 2 people. Luggage racks would be welcome.

Quick check-in. The room was pre-cooled.
It had stained bedding. A pen left over from a former occupant was on the floor upon my arrival.

Whole facility needs upgrading.

This is definitely a budget property, but was in good order and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's especially a good option if you are a family looking for a family suite at a budget price. It's centrally located, and close to a grocery store. The family suite we had had 2 rooms separated by an open archway, bathroom, a fridge, microwave, and a closet. The 3 queen sized beds were comfortable.
There are no places to hang towels other than on the rack the towels are folded on. Don't expect any complementary toiletries except 2 miniscule squares of soap. The air conditioner/fan unit worked fine, but my husband had to go outside to plug it in. Parking is a bit cramped. Don't expect to be able to park an RV or moving truck there. No ice machine during winter season as it is outside. Sad flat pillows, but clean!
