Pretty hotel/property, nice front desk

Love the beds, super comfy! Centrally located, lots of parking, able to check in early, super quiet room/soundproof, gorgeous views,

Broken elevator, breakfast not included, hot tub was Luke warm, body wash in shower was empty, what looked to be dry blood on the bathroom counter, request to be near an exit wasn't honored, conflicted times of when amenities closed

Mooie kamer! Fijn bed. Schoon. Met buiten zitje voor de kamer. Mooie baan.

Geen ontbijt buffet. Voucher 16 dollar voor ontbijt ipv buffet en moest bijbetalen. Golfen kon niet spelen om 16:30 omdat ze om 17 gingen afsluiten. ( licht tot19:15) Extra( Resort) kosten.

Muy relajante y satisfecho.

La habitación estaba increíble, la vista espectacular, el desayuno muy bueno y variado, pero sin lugar a dudas la atención de todo el personal es lo que hace la diferencia, realmente excepcional desde que llegas, cuando ordenas comida a la habitación o tomas el desayuno.

El colchón del sofá cama es realmente malo, muy malo, se sienten todos los resortes del mismo al punto de no poder dormir en el.

Some outlets didn't work for the charger, television out dated, entrance door to hotel room was faded and worn as well as carpet in hallway with a foul odor. Couldn't use the hot tub it had lots of debri, dirt and bugs. The bar restaurant had to correct my salad twice. And the front desk staff lacked skills for check in and check out, too many communication errors. Manager was a little rude.

Cleaner facilities and rooms with updates. More training for better customer service and a better bar menu with more options. Add better amenities for the money worth.

Location and pool was nice.

When I requested for the room to be cleaned, no one came. The staff are quite slow and don’t go over and beyond with their customer service.

The worst thing was the staff. The front desk staff were very rude. when I booked the hotel it was important for us to have a good view because we were going to stay inside the hotel for 2 days. we booked a room overlooking the pool, we were given a room overlooking the parking lot. I noticed this as soon as I entered the room, after that I went downstairs and asked to change our room, because we booked another room, to which they answered that they won't change my room and I have 5 minutes to go up to my room or leave the hotel .. They kicked us out! I travel a lot, but I have never met such an attitude from the staff. and they took money from me.terrible place

My husband had to go to the ER the last day of our stay. Most likely food poisoning from eating in the bar. Both he and I shared the tomato soup. He ate most of it so his symptoms were worse than mine. My son did not eat the soup and was fine. The only other thing that I would have liked was more blankets on the bed. The bedding was very skimpy and therefore not very comfortable.

The daytime bar staff awful! I went there twice and they acted like they were doing me a favor to wait on me. Talking to amongst each other not paying attention. I couldn't believe it, Twice!

Comfortable and enjoyable stay, would stay again and recommend to friends.

Location is great, close proximity to downtown Palm Springs and other areas. Beds are very comfortable and slept well.

Peloton bike in gym; the seat would not move. The temperature in the gym was warm.

over priced not good value for money

the view of the mountains from the pool

pool view room had no view of the pool. patio fire pit didn’t work. drilling at 7am. didn’t clean room unless requested. twice asked reception for new towels after 3 days and nicer turned up. asked for more toilet roll never came. pool bar closed due to a tech issue with till but no contingency put in place so had to walk into main bar in wet clothes to order.

I asked "complimentary housekeeping by request" on day 3, but the hotel didn't do anything. Therefore I called the front desk and asked for towels replacement TWICE, but no one showed up eventually.

Disappointed

We’ve stayed here in the past but we were disappointed, didn’t even get to stay. We drove two hours to get to the property only to be told AFTER my ID and credit card was verified that the AC was not working. No options were given and we understand that they cannot give a definite amount of time as to when their AC would be back up and running. Weather was in the high 90’s, I imagine it being hotter inside the room. Thankfully I was able to cancel entire booking and we were not charged for our stay, but a heads up prior to arrival would have been much appreciated. We ended up driving back home to LA.

Americans raised questions about why I was visiting Bakersfield but this hotel made it worth it, great quality and pool area was great

pool needed a bit of a clean, plastic bottle floating in it amongst other light debris
