I certainly did not expect this level of experiencing from Hampton Inn.
I usually travel in 4-star+ hotels. Had a cap limit on how much can be spent on a business travel therefore staying with Hampton Inn.
Service was very friendly and warm. They also provide little treat which I thought was cute.
Liked the hot food station. Waffle station was fun too. Cereal very fresh. Red skin potato was super.
Hot food was quite heavy for morning. I personally would prefer less cheese in the eggs.
Carpet felt quite old.

The breakfast options were as expected and the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were near each other, but we had hoped for/requested adjoining rooms which was unable to be fulfilled.

The location was great for everything we were doing for the weekend. Breakfast was okay.
We got there a little early, and they wouldn't let us check in until after 3. We had just drove 7 hours with a 2 year old and just wanted to get him out of the vehicle and settled down, and they wouldn't allow us to check in early. The beds weren't very comfortable. They didn't offer housekeeping services only told us to put our dirty towels outside the door to get new ones we had to go to the desk to get them. We ran out of toilet tissue during our stay and had to go to the desk to get more. Every time we went to the desk, it was about a 5 minute Wait before someone came out to help you. The price you pay isn't worth not having the housekeeping and things you need while you are there.

Breakfast was very good. I always enjoy a waffle maker 😊K.D. At the front desk was very nice and helpful.
The cabinet that held the refrigerator was damaged and the door couldn’t be closed. The hallway carpet is way past its prime.

Good breakfast, decent beds, no lack of pillows
Missed having a hot tub, the door to our room was very finicky and they said we didn’t pay when we paid in full through booking.com

Staff fighting and swearing at each other in the presence of children. Children became scared.

I like the friendliness of your hotel manager KD he was pleasant, professional and polite to myself and my family. He saw that I was extremely stressed from my drive in through the storm and proceeded to get us accommodated as fast as he could. He went above and beyond to help me.
I was totally angry with the lady who kept coming up to the desk and interrupting KD as he was trying to assist me with my reservation not only did she do it once but several times,that I just told him to handle her situation (she locked herself out of her room 🙄) because she was going to keep being rude as if I wasn't standing there.🤬 He handled the situation calmly and professional although she was being an ass!!!

broken shower and fridge. shower never got warm water. fridge never got cold. charged for our dogs even though there was so indication for a charge for pets only stated pet friendly.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, perfect location for us. Nice breakfast with good choices. Indoor pool was a bonus, it's well maintained.
Actually, nothing. We stayed next door couple months ago and that hotel was a few points down. Glad we chose Hampton this time!

The booking from Booking.com, from my understanding, was not properly communicated to the hotel. Because of this, the hotel charged my credit card even though it was already paid. Resulted in costing me $19.48 because of the difference in exchange when hotel credited the charges.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, so was the bed. The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The USA Today paper was a nice perk.
The breakfast was not great, but probably not much different than a lot of hotels struggling with staffing right now. The coffee wasn't too good and they ran out of bottled water during the breakfast time.

Post-Covid -any & all lack of quality is blamed on Covid. it is poor.
