If the room had been clean, air conditioning better, and the staff friendlier…

The location was great. The accommodations were basic, but adequate.

Cabbage/food left in kitchenette sink drain. Pop tart pieces behind the nightstand (as I looked for open outlets). The air conditioner did not cool adequately.

I don't think we would stay here again. I do have to compliment the friendliness of the staff.

There really wasn't any breakfast. Prepackaged muffins and granola bars was it.

No in room coffee. No hot breakfast. Rooms were tidy, but bathroom could have been cleaner. Shabby cabinets that needed painting. Caulking around tub was cracked and coming off. Window with no screen was open when we walked in the room. Hallways needed to be vacuumed!

I was double charged after paying through a booking company and had a hard time getting a receipt to fight the double charge. I am praying they did actually credit my card and I am watching because there will be words shared of it is not corrected. Also, the Tv cable connection did not work so it was a night of silence with the exception of a large dog barking through the halls at night.

Staff was terrible!!!!!! we paid for our room online through booking because power was out because of a storm. me my husband and 3 children. when we got to the facility we was greeted horribly and never stayed at the property.

The toliet was the right size for a big man.

It's smelt like an old dirty motel, cigarette smoke all over. The lighting was very dark in the hallways. Dirty towels with stains on them, dirty refrigerator, no remote control, the TV was way too small. Plugs were hidden temperature control was horrible.

Our stay was over all very nice. Location was perfect, room was mostly cozy and staff was friendly.

The location was great, the facility was nice. The room was a little dusty and the staff was very helpful. We did not have any breakfast. I would stay here again.

The room was a bit dusty and there was a stain on the white blanket.

the lady who checked us in was fairly nice, she seemed a little stressed and a little lost on her duties

it was not secure doors to the outside were propped open, the grounds were very trashy and one stairwell smelled like fedcal matter

Not at all what I expected!

The location was good, it was my first time exploring the area, we found an aquarium nearby which was a first for my family. I loved the built in kitchen and full size fridge.

The room was dirty, there was mold on the heater/AC unit, the window was extremely hard to open and there was a hole in the screen, there was dirty tissues and someone's paperwork in the desk, the bathroom sink had green and black mold under the edge of the counter that meets the sink. There were black finger smudges on the kitchen cabinets, there was food left in the cupboards from previous guests.
