Incredible charming stay in a great location.

Little touches everywhere! They thought of everything. Nice hot tub and super clean. The breakfast was amazing. They also had an afternoon sweet snack like brownies and cookies. Such a charming place. Amazing location can walk to everything on Elk. The staff also was beyond friendly. Will stay here again for sure.

I booked there particularly because if the spa and it was not running.. there was no cleaning service, the tv didn’t turn on

Convenient location, quiet at night in general, nice sitting areas in common rooms.

Breakfast - It was wonderful to have fruit every day. The different dishes were quite good. The coffee was ok - not very warm. They were very accommodating as we made a couple of dinners in their kitchen. They also let us "hang around" on our last day so one of us could ski and the other rest in the lodge. I would recommend it.

There were often dirty silverware in the silverware container.

There was a large group that seemed to take over the lobby and common area. Their kids were unruly and noisy causing an uncomfortable and loud environment.

The 4 guys that handle the day to day at Elk Mountain are awesome! Not just "adequate". They are friendly, they know the area and are always available to provide information. And, man can they cook! Breakfast was excellent every morning.

Lovely stay in a cute city.

The lodge is well located, 2 blocks from Elk Avenue, where all the restaurants are located and also where the shuttle to the mountains stops to pick up passengers. The room has a good size for a historic building. The breakfast is good.

I had some problems with the sanitary facilities. They charge if you order a mocha during breakfast The parking lot is very small, so you have to pay attention about the parking rules around there.

Superb

Crested Butte was amazing and the Elk Mountain lodge was a wonderful place to stay. Convenient walking distance to everything. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast amazing!

The bed was a lil small for a Queen and not super comfy but otherwise, everything was great!

Would recommend this location to friends. Customer service was perfect!

Breakfast was good, had variety and wasn't just a packaged muffin. I liked having access to hot water and teas 24/7 as I was having some stomach issues. Matt was super friendly and even offered me a cup of coffee when I dragged myself up the stairs after a long day's hike.

A more comfortable chair and table in the room. A place to hang my hiking poles.

Delightful stay in a mountain paradise.

Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the main commercial street in Crested Butte, the property is an old coal miners' boarding house which has been renovated. An extensive buffet style breakfast is served every morning with a changing array of hot items as well as cold fruit, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, etc.

A wonderful historic spot to stay in and enjoy Crested Butte, make sure you get up for breakfast!

Breakfast was excellent! Exceeded expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful, excellent to be able to enter after hours with code. We also played the board games thanks!

Great location as you can park your car and walk to everything.

Breakfast was made to order and was excellent. We even has some home made banana bread. Very good!! We got the room with the balcony which was nice to enjoy our coffee in the morning

Good but not great. Great Staff, nice location. WAY overpriced even for Spring Break.

This is more of a B&B than a hotel, older building and it's pretty noisy (I could hear a guest playing a guitar, children laughing in a neighboring room etc. WAY overpriced for what it is.
