comfortable beds, rooms each had bathroom so it was great for a group, rooms were quiet so it’s easy to forget there are other people around. Heated floors in bathroom are lovely!
although kitchen is equipped, it’s less than other places. For example there were just a few knives for eating and no cheese grater. Also need to consider cost of parking since there is no free parking.

The location of this hotel is incredible. It is located directly across from the Vail parking deck and allows for a proper Vail experience to walk to the various gondolas, restaurants, and shops.
The front desk service was friendly but unremarkable, giving the room key while telling us that there was a slight additional charge upon arrival because of a "problem" with the rate from booking.com. The room itself was very dated (it was not one of the newly renovated rooms) and did not meet expectations based on the cost of this room.

Price was gouged. We had our fight cancelled at the last minute and unfortunately had to stay an additional night. While looking for rooms, the prices continued to rise and feel like we were taken advantage of in a time of despair. The hotel itself was beautiful, but totally feel taken advantage of.

Spa/ Gym was a nice attachment to this place with the hot tubs and cold plunge! Restaurant was really nice but like most things in Vail, pretty pricey. Rooms were comfy, ski valet was nice as well. Location was great as Vail village is all within walking distance.
Parking; Its either $80 per day for GH valet or $60 per day for Vail parking lot. Luckily the parking lot is right across the street.
Check-in; I was told that I could check in early and was pushed off to a phone call when my room was ready. I never received this phone call. Check-in didn't happen until around 4pm.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant served the most amazingly delicious food.
Not a big fan of down filled pillows. That being said I did not inquire about alternatives, so options might have been available.

I felt as though this was a place for someone under 35. The front desk staff never looked at me, didn't greet me and I had to specifically ask for help when the two men standing there wouldn't look up at me. Yet, they were all in to help the group of young women there before me. It just felt like I didn't matter. The person who checked me in told me they couldn't help store my bikes because they were "full storing the other guest's things." I didn't realize the property had a spa until day 3 when I investigated myself. It just became clear to me that I wasn't the type of guest (single, 50yo woman) they were trying to impress or even help.

Great service, delicious food, amazing spa facility.
We ordered dinner from the slope room to our room. The food arrived missing both sides. The bottle of wine was missing and instead of charging me the $70 prixe fix price, i was charged $100 more than expected.

The staff was pretty friendly. The location was fabulous. We could walk everywhere.
The rooms do not have AC, and it was hot in the evening. Unfortunately, with climate change, no AC makes it uncomfortable. Also, the hotel is under construction.

right across the street from the public parking ramp which was really nice. the interior design was very trendy
the shower didn’t have a door on it so the water went out to the bathroom floor. the other couple we stayed with had a door on their shower and this problem didn’t happen to them. there was also renovations on our floor that started at 7am.

The property is decorated beautifully and we loved the restaurant and fitness facility. Breakfast was delicious. The location is great, you can easily walk anywhere in Vail Village within minutes.
Our only disappointment was that our room was not air conditioned and at checkout we were told we stayed in one of only two rooms that aren’t air conditioned. The hotel did not seem full so it’s unclear why we were assigned that room.

great location
The hotel is very under staffed. The handful of staff were so lovely and hard working but they had far too much to do. The women at the front desk was also bell hop, car valet and concierge. It was a joke for a five star hotel.

Great location and big rooms.

only issue was the parking fee was not included on Booking. com cost details with tax and fees

new, modern, clean
room was pretty narrow. A microwave in the rooms would be nice. Inconsistent quality of room service

Staff is great - knowledgeable and helpful. Room clean and comfortable
Thermostat in Room 13 didn’t work right. Stayed at 73 degrees - too hot. Had to open window. When I asked for help the housekeeping person came but she also couldn’t get it right. Should either change to simpler thermostats or provide instructions so that you don’t have to go to MIT to know how to operate it.
Everything else about my stay was amazingly good.

Location is OK - 10 minutes walk to Gondola One
Nice open space with coaches and chairs
Nice sauna
The room was dark and outdated. TV remote and fireplace did not work- it was fixed eventually. The bed didn't have one leg - so the bed was swinging when I moved.
Valet parking doesn't make sense - we paid $75/night, and the next three nights, we saw our car just parked on the street next to the entrance. I could've parked it better in the indoor public garage in front of the hotel for $60/n.
