It was nice I just needed a place to sleep and it did it's job I just wish it was cleaner

Location is good it looked kinda sketchy when I pulled up, but the inside was nice!

It wasn't very clean there was food in the fidge and shower hair on the floor.

Work in progress , not there yet

Property undergoing renovation but still work to be done. Hair dryer didn’t work and didn’t have replacement or room to change to. Toilet leaking from connection at bottom of tank. Due to it being a Sunday , didn’t get repaired. Used shutoff valve so nothing damaged below.

Filthy, don’t stay

It was filthy, absolutely awful. We entered the room that they gave us, the door was wide open, the toilet was full of excrement and there were dirty boot prints all over. We did NOT stay

I've stayed in worse. Would be better if the room received some general scrubbing and maintenance.

The bed was super comfortable

The fridge was dirty in the inside. The shower had hair and needed a good scrubbing. The sink was loose from the wall. The bedsheet was torn and we couldn't get ahold of anyone for more pillows.

Don't stay!

Not clean, had to wait, room not cleaned, horrible smell!!! Never ever would I stay here. Pictures are not even close to what we thought we were getting. We entered the building, and all doors were wide open. Checked in, after recommended check in time, had to wait for staff. Went up to room, got off elevator, and was hit with a HORRENDOUS SMELL. Walked to roo., opened door and room hadn't been cleaned from previous visitors. Returned to front desk for refund....and had to wait 10 mins for staff to assist. Do not stay here

Okay place to stay short-term.

The staff member who greeted us was very nice.

The heater wasn’t plugged in, the cord was hanging off of it, wires exposed.

So glad we gave it another chance. Great hotel for the price In a good area

The gentleman at the front counter was ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. We stayed here a few years ago and our room and some of the hall stank as well as the older gentleman at the front counter looked at us but sis not greet us and turned his back talking to the other staff ignoring us for a minimum of 5 min. It was not a good experience. We debating giving this location a second chance coming all the way from Hawaii to visit. I am glad we gave it another shot. The staff was friendly. Our room smelled fresh and looked like it had newer carpet and bedding. Has microwave and fridge as well as a closet and drawer area. It could use a painting in areas but over all it was a great stay. We tried the breakfast , they offered waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, coffee, yogurt and 3 diff types of juices. It was a quiet stay. There are other hotels, restaurants, shops and casinos around. Again I am glad we have this place another chance. I wish I caught the young man’s name that checked us In and answered questions we had during the stay.

The staffing, free breakfast, the best bang for your buck, convenience of location.

I am extremely disappointed in this super 8.

The guy at the front desk was nice.

I gotta be honest. If we weren’t as tired as we were, we would have left. The shower was not at all clean. There was a layer of grim in the bottom of the tub and hairs from the previous person. The bed was lumpy. The carpets in the hallway we ripped and dirty. There was no remote in the room. I could go on and on…

Good fridge, Acceptable breakfast, questionable staff.

They had an HDTV and the refrigerator was cold in my room, breakfast was well stocked.

The juice machine was watered down, the toaster was gross on the outside, AC machine was quite old. They tried to charge me 15 USD for being "late" on check out despite clearly stating I was checking out soon, but when I went to the counter to check out not 15 minutes later the only person running the counter was out getting groceries or something and I waited 20 minutes before finally consulting the cleaning staff. They were also unaware of his leave.

Very gross all around. Trash everywhere. Massive piles of cigarettes and empty beer cans. Place smelled very musty. I cancelled before I even opened the door to my room. Staff was very kind and it didn’t sound like this was a rare occurrence. Refunded with no issues.

It was a place to sleep. The bed was the Only thing that was comforable. Next time I'll choose a better place.

The Staff really needs some Improvement ! Bathrooms are Falling Apart! Cleaning staff walked right in without knocking or announcing themselves. He didn't even say sorry or pardon me. Stared then stepped out to talk to the other worker. Didn't even apologize. What the Heck was that About !!???? 😡 Super 8 is suppose to be good. I guess This location Doesn't Get It !!

I was able to make it work.

Staff was profenant at resetting the card keys.

both beds in the room had notable body indentations. The card key required daily renewing to function. The primary light switch was not connected to a light.

lobby door is bungeed open, swing latch on room door is broke. cigarett burns in carpet, bathroom floor and the bedspread. landing carpet was black. carpet in halls and rooms at soooo dated. doors and walls in hall need r painted they are so scuffed up.

Will never come back or recommend this place. Don’t believe what pictures show when choosing rooms.

We were given a different room that was acceptable

First room was totally unacceptable, bed sheet so stained and worn out and the comforter was so bad also, I don’t think either had been cleaned for a very long time. General cleanliness was poor. Something was dumped in tub and not cleaned up. Issued complaint and was given different room. Pictures of place on Booking.com show a much cleaner and respectable place. Not even close to our experience.

Bes bug bites during the stay..

Raj, who is a receptionist was very much helpful and kind.

I unfortunately need to complain that I had many bed bug bites during my stay, which I found after I came back to my home. Overall, carpets and bed sheets were not clean.
