Very good

Clean. Friendly staff

First time I was ever handed a plunger when we had toilet problems. No staff enter rooms to clean them for more than one night stay. Had to put our towels and garbage in the hall and take in new ones. Is this just a way to not have to pay staff? Why am I paying to stay somewhere the service is non existent?

I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here.

There was little to like about this property however, the location was generally good.

Customer Service at arrival was awful - The Front Desk Agent cancelled my Booking.com reservation as I was standing there checking in (I received the notification on my phone as I was checking in!). The Front Desk Agent, although apologetic that she cancelled our Booking.com reservation refused to book us back in at the same rate. Unfortunately with a family of five and a small dog arriving at 9 p.m. we were left with little choice but to accept what they gave us. We loaded into the cramped room and the roll away bed we had ordered was not there so we had to call for that. After moving furniture out of the way they jammed the roll away bed in. We were dismayed to find the the bathroom was incredibly run down and very dirty.

Disappointing

The gal who checked us in was sweet and amazing and very helpful

The breakfast gal on monday morning was rude angry Nothing was stockedit was all empty Everything was cold the biscuits were hard and Not a very large option as stuff the pancake batter was empty and when She was asked to fill it. She got cranky and rude about it. One of the only reasons we stayed, there was for the pool, and yah closed the pool Monday morning for the kids, and that's when they were gonna go swimming. No explanation, it was just closed that's unacceptable.

The staff in reception were very helpful. A big thankyou to Bektas for helping take my suitcase up the stairs and with trying to get a taxi to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable and in a central location.

A Great Option...Recommend a Stay

The staff, to a person, was sincerely pleasant and accommodating. Having stayed in a 5-Star luxury resort in the Pacfic Islands recently, I can honestly say the staff of the Baymont could give pointers to some other hospitaliers. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. In spite of the room being near parked cars and on the ground floor (with guests above us), we spent a nice quiet night. Cookies were available in the evening, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was just fine.

While all was clean, the bathroom could use some updating...or replacement.

Staff was nice

The texture on the ceiling was falling off and there were 2 large areas where it was missing. Also no privacy curtains so you couldn't open the main curtains and let the daylight in without people being able to see in as well as the screen looked as if it had been torn off the window at one time.

Very comfortable and a great price.

The comfortable bed and pillows. Always enjoy a nice shower; so having plenty of towels and wash cloths and soup was a bonus for us.

Being a vegan person, I would have liked to see more fruit options for breakfast; bananas, apples, nuts, etc.

Staff was awesome, breakfast was substantial rooms were pretty clean. Nice air conditioning. Pet friendly.

Luke warm water in the shower. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Very dark in the rooms (Lack of lighting)

won’t go back

staff was good room was clean and comfortable

no hot water. none. at anytime of day. cold showers suck we were told the boiler broke down and the owner didn’t want to replace it. I guess he doesn’t want us to come back. we go every year for a baseball tournament and will not choose this hotel again because of his attitude that it didn’t need replacing. 3 days of cold showers. and the staff was very understanding and said they wished the owner would be more considerate of the guests.

The price & location. The hallway needs new carpet badly. Made me nervous about the room. Turned our room was very clean. Towels super soft. Breakfast great...choice of pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy. Staff friendly & they were working very hard.

Price vs. Room was definitely disappointing

Location was excellent for us as the family we was visiting was in the same area. Bedding and pillows was comfortable.

Intial disappointment was the back entrance to the hotel going to the room the stairs and entry way was dirty and looked as if they hadn't been clean for a while. The room had a broken tile in the bathroom that was movable and cracked. The room itself was clean bedding wise. Floor under the bed had not been cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was disappointing. Barely any options to choose from and was poor regarding cleanliness and safe serving/handling for each guest. Had an incident where our key cards wouldn't work and we still had 2 days left on our stay was unable to reach anyone at the front desk, went downstairs middle of the day to find someone and there was a sign saying will return later with no indication how long before someone would get back and we had somewhere to be. Had to find a housekeeper to let us in so we could get to our belongings. Only continued to stay due to not knowing much about the area and the hotel being right near family. For the price of the stay it was definitely not worth it. Will look to book elsewhere for our next trip.

FANTASTIC

the staff was phenomenal!!! Cheryl that works the night shift was fantastic! as well as Misty during the day! both went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

Nice place to stay.

Location right off the interstate and grocery store along with gas station nearby was very convenient. I would recommend this place fir a clean quiet place with good breakfast.

Couldn't stay another night due to a winter storm moving in.

Great Customer Experience and an Amazingly Kind Staff!

convenient location, no hassle and amazing room for the price!!!

Not the lack of the elevator, but the noise from the young kids running up and down the stairs and hallways.
