Was ok. Staff was great hotel needs better clean methods

The room was dirty and the bed sheets looks like they haven't been washed for a long time.

Overall basic

Breakfast was good and plenty of seats. Nice sizable pool well equipped with towels and lounge chairs. Needs a hot tub

Did not like hard bed or finding underwear on the floor. Party group next to and beside our room heavy drinking and pot smoking

Great staff. Fast check in. Recommend!

Great service, friendly staff. I got checked in pretty quickly, which I appreciated. I like that it offered free hot breakfast.

There is not a lot of food choices near the hotel, which was not convenient for my family. Other than that, I can't think of too many negatives.

Awful

This hotel was filthy - we checked in and immediately left and they would not reimburse us. I don’t think the floors have ever met a vacuum, the rooms wreaked of smoke (we tried 2), and the back double doors to the hotel were wide open - literally no security. I would tell everyone to stay away!

I took my three kids here for an overnight before a dance competition. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities

The pool was great. The room was small with not enough towels but was liveable for sure. Wish they had a microwave in each room.

As always, staff is professional and courteous. Room was very clean.

Unfriendly and overpriced . Next time would rather stay at Comfort Inn.

Breakfast was ok but limited number of choices especially the healthy ones.

Limited choices for breakfast. Front desk associates did not look or act friendly. Not a welcoming place at all.

The location and the facilities are great!

The breakfast is very poor and not diverse. There is a real problem of lack of cleaning staff. We were there for a week, and our room wasn't clean the whole time even though we asked for it after 4 days.

Location was very good. Breakfast was good - eggs cooked just right. Waffles were the best.

Have housekeeping staff come in and change towels every couple of days when stay is more than a couple days.

Found a bedbug in first room on our pillow. Brought the pillow to front desk and they Relocated us to another room across the hall. Didn't see any bed bugs in there. The man at the desk says they do spray for bed bugs.

the allowance of the smoking guests right in front of the hotels entrance At different times of the day. it’s gross.

The hotel was nice, staff was horrible.

The staff was super rude. We paid our money for 2 nights and maintained the hotel as it was. The staff was threatening to ban us from the hotel for being a little late for check out. You do not treat paying customers this way.

the pool did not open until 9 in the morning. we went to Laquita so the kids could swim. that is my only complaint.

We liked it. It was very clean, staff was nice.

Had to shorten our stay and leave a day early. We had to leave due to the snow. Didn't want to get stuck out there.
