Not really much to like. The lobby was nice.
The uncomfortable bed, and people yelling down the halls. Also having law enforcement there cause of a disturbance was not great either.

We were moved to 3 different rooms, the first room had mold so immediately we had to request another room, the staff was very considerate in giving us another room, however the next morning the second room we were in had bed bugs! We had gotten up and when we moved the blankets there was a decent size bed bug crawling on the sheets where my daughter slept, then when my husband checked his bed there were several bugs on the bed as well. When we went to let the staff know, they said “I don’t believe you have bed bugs”, even though we showed them pics. Clearly bed bugs, my husband asked for a free night or our money back for that night and now having to change rooms again, he said they couldn’t do anything other than put us in another room, we were there for a softball tournament and to have to move 3 times was an inconvenience, especially when we are driving 5 hrs to get to where we needed to be.

The room was clean.
The mattress next to the window in room 320 has a large crevasse in it. Super uncomfortable. The handle lock in the bathroom door had been drilled open and it was super sharp.

AC ....room temp was uncomfortable.
Someone has to come and reset the AC system around midnight....even then it was not cooling enough.
So I just stayed till my check out time.

had to change room three times.
key wouldn’t work in first room, then once inside bathroom door kicked in and door knob broken. second room -key issues and had to get room service to open and make another trip to desk for non working keys. but second room smell of strong mold, so moved to third room and bathtub faucet loose, one night no hard water, second night better.

The hotel was really nice and enjoyed the big room. I like the fact that I had a shower chair in our room so it made it convenient to help me.
I booked my room online and didn't like the repeated phone calls from staff asking if we were staying or needing to cancel. When I told the guy that we were at a competition late and just trying eat dinner. He kept reacting himself asking if we were wanting to still stay.

My reservation was canceled although my card was successfully charged. Then I had to pay an extra $63 dollars to get a room after I paid for the reservation they canceled

There was intense smell of clorex in the bath room which was unbearable. The rooms were smelly. I was expecting the place to be clean.

the price was better than all the other area hotels.
we stayed 2 nights. don’t try taking a shower after 6pm bc there won’t be any hot water. whether the hotel was completely booked or not- you won’t get any hot water between 6pm and midnight. Also- the rooms weren’t clean. dust CAKED UP behind every piece of furniture. they only clean surface areas.

Good location, easy access. The rooms are a good size and the bed was standard.
Th worst part was that the keycards seemed to work only once before you have to get them reset at the front desk. All of the vending machines we saw were out of order. We found only one working ice machine. The trash cans in the elevator lobbies were always overflowing with trash. The room furniture was dirty, scuffed and needed maintenance.
