Location was fine, it's adjacent to the area where the new Sunrise Gondola will be installed in 2025. to walk to the Red Pine Gondola is a little far in ski boots. I took advantage of a shuttle service to and from the Park City Mountain Resort base.
Paying for Parking late in the ski season when very few guests were staying in the Canyons Upper Village was not a friendly gesture. Wiving the parking fee the last two weeks of the ski season would have made my stay perfect.

I liked the spaciousness of the condo. Bed mattress and pillows were so comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen with all of the kitchenware provided.
It would be better if we got the necessities needed after calling for some. I called the front desk twice and didn’t receive them. I finally tracked down a housekeeper and got them myself.

The pool was amazing!
We arrived at our check in time, it took them over an hour to get our room ready. Received a room that didn’t fit the description. Went with my 75 year old Grandma and there were like 20 stairs. Wouldn’t give us another room, or any other solution to fix the issue.

The location was very nice even though was a little far from the shopping area and restaurants.
Our room was not quiet and we could hear the conversation and the noise from next door room and from outside in the hallway.
They did not clean the rooms on regular basis.

No food available was a bit of a disappointment. I found the vending machines the last day when I used the computer. That would have been helpful information. This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in.
See above.

Convenient location in the canyons village.
The room was beautiful. Sadly whoever designed / built the property decided not to put any sound proofing between the rooms and unfortunately you could hear E V E R Y T H I N G from the room next door, conversations, sneezing, sex and the TV blaring at 3:00am. Not sure why someone would build such a beautiful fecality with no sound proofing?
Also, it wasn't listed on Booking but they charge an additional $20.00 per night for parking?

The small kitchen in the room was more adequate than we expected. It had a coffee pot and enough coffee to make a couple of pots of coffee. The small microwave was pretty powerful. The toaster was an added bonus. With the three things we could actually make breakfast!
We asked for a queen bed and at least 2 chairs in the room. We were told in advance that our requests could be honored. But when we checked in, we found we were stuck with a king bed which we hate, and an ADA room. No choice at all. The only table in the room was small and a desk, so hard to eat at with two. Even worse was the request for a second chair. We asked FOUR times. First two times were ignored. Third time a high chair was delivered, but no one knocked, so no one to complain to. The fourth request made the high chair disappear, but still no chair for us to use for a meal! Finally we went into the lobby, found a chair, and brought it back to our room. No one seemed to even notice :-(. Bellman was the only really responsive employee, and he was great!
There was broken/patched sheetrock in the ceiling of our bathroom and in the hallway. This hotel could really use some updating. Seemed more like a nice Holiday Inn than a Hilton, especially at the outrageous price charged. They call it a suite, but that doesn't mean that there is room to walk around, or a place to sit besides the bed. Also surprising that there isn't a restaurant in the hotel, so you have to walk a bit to find anything at all to eat. Seems like they get away with charging so much just due to location. Glad we were only there for one night, but, unfortunately, we didn't even have time to ski Canyons/Park City or use the outdoor hot tub and pool. However, the cross-country skiing down the road at White Pine Nordic Touring Center was excellent!!!

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.
Construction during the day on property outside our balcony. Would have made other arrangements if I had known this.

comfortable beds, nice bathroom size, great deck and chairs
parking valets were very friendly and fast
hot tubs were nice and hot. Clean pool towels readily available.
Very little provided/posted information about activities-no mention of the RMEF festival or gondola info.
-refrigerator make consistent noise that maintenance guy said defrost cycle not keeping up-but did not change out refrigerator.
-shower drain not keeping up -at least 1/2"-1" of standing water
-ventilation in hallway was poor, as you can various meal smells linger
-did not like paying for parking on site-valet is really only option
-barely enough seating at the pool, which was consistently crowded for the size
Melissa at the front desk helped us get into the room quickly, when a previous front desk staff said they would text us when the room was ready-but then never did text.

Generally comfortable and well maintained hotel. Good value.
Location of hotel was several miles from town and had a lot of construction and noise going on around It. Manager was inconsiderate and failed to follow up on a request to return an item left behind in room.
