Pleasent Hotel close to the airport

Close to the airport. Gated parking. Friendly staff. Shuttle bus to the airport. Clean room and comfortable beds.

Lobby was dark and outdated. Rugs in a heavy traffic area a dirty. Breakfast area needs updates. Snack bar looks 50 years old.

Clean comfy and friendly!

Great location, close to Biltmore, gas station right next door and close restaurants. Friendly staff, clean, comfy room and bed, lots of pillows. Great breakfast.

Road noise was only complaint and it was not horrible.

A great, affordable place to stop.

We choose it due to the good price on two rooms. It was very clean, and smelled nice. The beds were comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a great little Mexican restaurant next door. Best watermelon margarita I have ever had. I would definitely stay here again.

Do not recommend.

The only thing good about this property was it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle to the hotel and airport.

Pretty much everything. There were guests that were arguing in the lobby that they refuse to address, the breakfast looked sad and was ice cold and layout of dining area was poorly designed. Small hallway to get food and small dining area crammed with way too many tables for the space. The shuttle reeked with the smell of weed. There is also a sign at the front desk saying it was a “smoke free” hotel and that there would be a fine of $250 if you broke that rule, including vapes, cigarettes or weed. I made a complaint to the front desk due to our ENTIRE floor smelling like weed and that our bathroom sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. The receptionist just looked at me with a blank stare and didn’t even say two words. The sink was dirty in our bathroom, the bathroom door had chunks missing out of it. The shampoo and conditioner was empty, luckily we came prepared just in case. The elevator didn’t looked to have been cleaned in about 5 years. The furniture in our room and lobby was old and crusty. The mattress look like it came out of a 1980’s magazine and was EXTREMELY worn. The second night, there was a couple having an altercation outside at the drop off, causing traffic to back up in their already cramped parking lot, people were lined up out of the parking lot and onto the road. This stay was pretty disappointing.

Do not stay at this hotel if you value your life, patience, or health.

There was not a single thing about this hotel (and that is truly stretching it with this location) that was positive or even remotely acceptable.

The facilities were unimaginably filthy, some drunk patrons spilled their beverages all over the reception floor, the rooms are in immediate need of repair and updating. To stay at the hotel, you must enter a gated parking lot for security reasons. That alone should warn individuals to avoid this property at all costs.

These people are scam artist, thieves and liars. The sold and advertised a room for 3 adults with one bed only. We complained at the front desk and they told us they could not provide us any other room. The lady at the front desk at night told us not to worry that the manager will refund us when they receive an email from booking.com. We left the property and rented a room from another hotel. They never responded the emails from Booking.com. They said we checked out at 7:33 am when we left within 5 minutes after seeing the room. We never used the room, the lady that night knows that. There are cameras there to verify that. They do not want to identify when they are the phone and refused to contact the manager. We have proof of the stay at the other hotel and they still lying and saying we spent the night. It is a very shady hotel and personnel. They also say now they do not know any lady that was at the front desk, It was an African American lady there at the desk and we have witnesses but apparently now there isn't one working at the hotel. Stay away from this place. They are scammers and thieves!!!!

The room was ok comfaortable

The room was clean, and beds were comfortable

The remote controllers for both TVs in the room didn't work well. the breakfast was incomplete no tea bags, and scrambled eggs were fake. The hotel is located directly under the airplane flight path. So keep getting woke up at all hours of the night due to low fly over of airplanes.

Pool was gross but I would never get in any hotel pool just lack of cleanliness. Also free breakfast would be better if offered till 10 instead of 9

The hotel was clean and I liked the modern feel of the room ..

The location was great for where we needed to go … everything was in a short traveling distance .. and the rooms were nice and clean .. breakfast was very nice and coffee was accessible ..

We didn’t have hand soap in our room .. just the soap that was secured for bathing to the wall .. no worries .. we just used that to wash our hands ..

Worst stay ever and Wyndham as an organization doesn’t deal with their locations.

Location

They said they had shuttle service to the airport but then they didn't when we needed it. We went to Graceland and got there okay but they were not answering their phones for 2 hours and so we could not get shuttle service back and had to get and Taxi. We came home one night and they had a slacked out because they put the credit card on the wrong account and they said we didn't pay which was so embarrassing and it took us a half hour to get into our room and by then the food we had bought was cold. Each morning when we went down there at about 8:30 there was no food and they said they would not make any more and not even any coffee. Other than the location it was not a good trip there at their location

It was a very nice and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was great, very very nice staff. Took the shuttle to Graceland which was very nice because we didn’t have to get our car out. Room was very comfortable and clean.

I would have liked for the shuttle to take us to Beale Street and more places because I had never been to Memphis and didn’t know my way around and it would have been nice for a shuttle.

Perfect for overnight before a flight out.

Fast checkin, reliable shuttle to airport, bed and pillows pretty comfy, the a/c worked well but I prefer central rather than right by the bed, lots of hot water in shower. Extra-is next door to a Mexican Restaurant so you can walk over for supper.

Needs at least a small night table next to outsides of bed. No USB plugs and the plugs on the desk lamp are too low for an adapter (needs modernizing).

This was a very bad experience for us. All of the other hotels we stayed at on this vacation were great but this one was

I hate to give a bad review, but this hotel was just terrible. Honestly, it is the worse hotel in my 77 years that I have ever stayed in. Our room was very sub-par and their breakfast was a complete joke. The clientele was pretty shady as well. The front desk people highly recommended the Mexican restaurant next-door and when I looked it up on Yelp, it mentioned that there was a sign at the front door of the restaurant where you might be searched before being allowed to go in. Obviously, we did not go there.
