It's a place to sleep is all if you don't mind the smell of bug spray

Pricing was fair

Had no water in bathroom for 4 days ,or TV repeatedly asked front desk for help with problems but nothing was done until 4th day .asked manager to call me to see about problems still haven't heard a word from anyone my debit card has been hit twice in one day for charges that exceed the cost of my room .

The price was great but the place could be better.

The location was great.

The condition of the place needs a lot of fixing up. The stairs, and the outside needs an upgrade. They also need a new paint. The picture on the advertisement does not look like the place.

Candid forthcoming and useful View

The night auditor was extremely friendly when we reserved the 2 rooms I called him and he prepared the rooms according to my instructions and when I arrived all I had to do is initial and sign and the keys were in my hand I did not have to wait at the counter at all and then the lady at the front in the morning when I checked out was very friendly and smiley and she was the same lady that I complained abou in my last stay in may 2023 t so that means she adjusted her attitude so I'll give her a five-star this time and coudos to her friendly and pleasant persona, I used to work in the hospitality industry and you cannot be American Attitude in hospitality you have to have Hospitality attitude

The continental breakfast has the most rotten coffee it tastes like engine oil not even a new engine oil it tastes like a used engine oil they need to have a real coffee machine

It was gross and uncomfortable.

It was close to campus for graduation events.

Grounds were over grown. Paint peeling outside with shabby appearance. Had to kick room 312 door open because it was stuck. Ac did not work in 312. 302 bathroom was dirty with bugs in corners (alive) cobwebs on lamps between beds. No usb ports to charge phones ANYWHERE. Tv crooked tv, broken alarm clock, bathroom door would not shut. It was a hole. We were overcharged by about 600 dollars.

good AC, but bugs can't be overlooked.

office staff was nice and polite and professional. AC was amazing.

bedbugs in the first room (we were moved to a new one). We heard from another guest that they also had bedbugs and roaches. Our bathroom had bad drainage and the exhaust fan was loud and did not work well.

location was good. sheets were clean. the front desk staff was nice and courteous.

the room was dirty- hair and dead bugs. the ceiling was about to fall in -huge water stain. the paint was chipped and falling off in many places. dirty spots on the walls/doors. the bed was uncomfortable. OVERPRICED!

It was nice and will probably stay again if I'm just in town for a night or so.

great price for a clean big comfortable room. Night light in bathroom would be nice.

understaffed. Big line at check in and host was overwhelmed with phone ringing and people in line. Especially for a Friday night and they had reservations....in other words, management should be able to see who is coming to check in. But I now everyone says they are understaffed now.

Nothing!

The place was filthy, the rooms were terrible! The smell of mold and mildew filled the room! The pool was green and full of algae and garbage! The rooms walls were dirty, the bathroom door had a huge hole in it, the carpet was gross! The floor in the bathroom was sticky and had hair all over the shower! There was cigarette butts all over the place, the windows had mildew and mold on them. Worst hotel ever! The pictures on the booking site were not the same as the hotel! I feel I deserve a refund, it was not worth 300 a night!
