Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Location

Unfriendly front desk staff, the room smelled of mildew, peeling paint throughout the room, especially the bathroom area, mirror damaged with spots on it, loud outside with people talking.

Both staff I dealt with were rude. When I checked out earlier than the date I was to checked out, the staff was like “you know check out is at 1200 right” with a big smirk on her face and I said, “yes, but today is the 9th, I paid until the 12th”. She didn’t even bother to ask why.

It was a ok stay for a ok price

Didn't have the breakfast

It was clean but it had a strong bad odor. Had to use air spray. Carpet was wet in front of air conditioner. Probably where the odor came from

Superb

Everything was great.

The parking lot on the back side needs to be able to let water run off of it. It rained the whole 2 1/2 days I was there, and I had to park and walk through water puddles.

Nice stay for the price, but no real breakfast

The staff was nice and helpful. The lady that cleaned our room was super. She checked on us, made sure we had what we needed, and kept the place very clean. Rooms are cutely decorated but are starting to get run down.

They say they offer hot breakfast but it was far below standard for saying that. Putting a box of cornflakes on the table, no butter for the frozen toater waffles, muffins, and processed eggs out does not qualify. Then, if you got down there after 7 am, it was pretty much gone. It was sad.

Disappointing

Location They were willing and able to switch rooms.

Our family had a total of 4 rooms and 2 of the initial rooms smelled awful. Switched that 1. Avoided the other as much as possible. Staff not at counter most of the time. Coffee was empty for a long time. Breakfast was a poor excuse. Everything was cold. No juice. Rooms were not in great shape. Limited places to plug things in because extension cords were needed to reach most of them... which were not available.

Great location, comfy room. Quiet for sleeping. Dayane who checked us in was charming.

Fitness room has been out of order for 2 years. Breakfast was minimal and no coffee or hot water available. Staff not available during breakfast.

They didn't have any wash cloths, it was a Roku TV without any programs, no telephone, and the breakfast was disgusting. Would not recommend it.

I would not return.

Cheap price- used for a rest stop for my trip. Good shower with hot water. Big sized room.

Breakfast options sucked, only cold waffles and eggs. Staff was not personable. Lamp shade was not clean, had dried boogers on it which is disgusting.

I don’t recommend staying here.

When we left!

There were four lights in the bedroom and only one was working. There was a horrible smell from checkin all the way to the rooms and in the rooms. The pillows were flat. The wallpaper was peeling. The ceiling was peeling and chipping. The check out staff didn’t talk to us.

I HAVE GOTTEN ROOMS HERE IN PREVIOUS YEARS! SUDDENLY NOW THEY DON'T RENT TO LOCALS! NO WONDER THE PARKING LOT WAS EMPTY! MY HUSBAND AND I LITERALLY ONLY NEED THE ROOM FOR ABOUT 12HRS WHILE OUR WATER PIPES WAS BEING REPLACED AND WAS STILL TURNED AWAY AFTER RECEIVING CONFIRMATION OF MY BOOKING! IT SAID NOTHING ABOUT NOT RENTING TO LOCALS! RIDICULOUS!

The view of the mountains from the hotel was nice. The room was overall comfortable minus a few things.

Right from the start, the lady checking me in labeled me thinking me and my friends were going to trash the rooms based on how we looked. Our beds had no sheets and pillows when we first entered the room and had to have someone bring them up to us.
