Very good breakfast. Very helpful, accommodating staff. Plenty of parking.

The hotel is in need of remodeling. Based on my experiences at many other hotels, for over $200.00 a night, I think the facilities are in need of an upgrade.

my stay was good but it use to be better there

staff are super nice

there seems to be a lot of questionable people there there seems like there are people living there not as classy as it use to be. Also one night my grandkids were visiting and at 830pm we got a call they were to loud which isn’t even late call but that morning my neighbors dog was barking at 6-7am very screwed up. I didn’t feel as safe as I use too there.

Very good

The nice lady that checked us in was absolutely amazing! She worked the front desk every evening / night that we were there and she was so pleasant during every interaction. The housekeepers were super sweet and very helpful! Breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs were a little watery but everything else was perfect. Super bummed I slept in on our last day so I wasn't able to enjoy breakfast. I wish the breakfast would go a half hour to an hour longer. They close it up with lots of leftovers that end up in the trash so that's unfortunate, but all in all it was a fabulous experience. Im never disappointed by la quintas!

The overall cleanliness of the room and facilities were great. There was a few minor things missed. like some old female catheter tips under the vanity in the back corner of bathroom 😮 We also found some random odds and ends like chapstick under the edges of the beds, But those are hard to reach easy to miss locations so I let it pass. We are all human.

Comfortable but very slow Internet

Clean, quiet, set amongst tall trees but close to I-5 ramp. Most of the staff were very pleasant. Coffee available in lobby and coffeemaker in room. The king bed was firm but comfortable. I didn’t hear other guests at all (was on top floor). Nice view over woods in room on back side of building. Good lighting and outlets available.

The Internet was constantly slow or searching for signal to the point it was unusable too much of the time. TV had HDMI input but remote had no Source button so couldn’t use Roku without tech skills. The fridge froze my salad and oat milk.

Convenient access to major routes. But the traffic noise is loud, even though the closed windows.

Staff is helpful.

Closet door dropped out of the groove. Key fails repeated to the unit door, but works every time at the swimming pool door. The unit door lock needs to be fixed. The vent in the bathroom sounds like a siren. There is no space between the chair and the bed. Once sitting down, the other person could not pass through.

Location was good. breakfast was good. my hotel smelled like a smoker room instead of non-smoking. my carpet was not vacuumed well. bed was comfortable. Staff morning and afternoon shifts aren’t friendly. I had to say greetings since my stay.

Disappointing

There was a good variety of options at breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was actually pretty decent.

The hotel just felt dingy. The pool was GREEN. We didn’t let our kids swim in it. The hot tub looked better than the pool. The room had finishings that were out of sort….the sink faucet was broken, etc. We only stayed one night. The next night we stayed at the La Quinta in federal way and it was soooo much nicer of a spot!

Great stay, even a distressed dog did not spoil our stay. Well done to the staff

The complex is excellent as was the breakfast, room and staff. Used this as our final night before flying home from Seatac.

If pets are allowed then the owners should not be allowed to leave them in rooms alone. We had to move rooms due to a dog sounding distressed, even the desk operative could hear the dog and the owners appeared to be uncontactable. The young lady on the desk was excellent in understanding what was going on and is a credit to La Quinta.
