The place was pretty clean and probably remodeled about 5 years ago I would say. Breakfast was terrible unfortunately and the breakfast area furniture was stained and broken.

Pretty much what is expected. Did enjoy the staff. They were very friendly. Breakfast was the same o same o. Although one morning, I went to get oatmeal and there was 2 inches of water on top so it was not cooked correctly. So nice and comfortable, but nothing exceptional.

Conveniently located off the freeway, clean other than a few stains on the carpet and chair. Friendly staff. Only issue was we did not find the beds comfortable, make for difficult sleeping.

A late check in was met warmly after a frustrating experience crossing the border. They allowed us to sleep in and check out late. Will definitely be returning!

The hotel and staff were great. However, I made the mistake of going through Hotels.Com, which in turn farmed out the reservation to Expedia. When I needed a change to the reservation neither could help. Thank goodness the hotel staff helped figure it out. I will never again use Hotels.com or Expedia. But the Holiday Inn Property was great.

A lovely hotel. Comfortable. Spacious. Clean. A very good breakfast. There are restaurants within walking distance. The only negative was outside of the hotel’s control as the adjacent highway can be loud at times.

Beautiful hotel, good rooms with comfortable beds, friendly receptionist, has all facilities. Convenient location. Recommend this hotel! The only thing I wish they would put more food at breakfast, we came at 9 o’clock for breakfast and it was almost nothing there left :(

Overall, this was a great hotel. The room was very spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. The room was also quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a nice variety of foods. Lastly, the front desk staff members provided excellent customer service.

I like having a hotel that cleans your room and gives fresh towels. I’ve never stayed anyplace that you have to request that service. Also pool towels had to be left in the pool area, which means you have to walk to your room while still dripping water.

We came in by train, so we did not have a car. The hotel is situated to be able to walk safely to nearby restaurants. Easy to check in and out. The room was nice, bed comfortable and pillows were just right. Very nice to have a fridge. The bathroom was clean, shower was excellent. Really liked that there was a nightlight integrated into the wall outlet, just enough light to see without having a bright light in eyes. The hotel and surrounding area felt safe and nice area.

We booked this room last minute (9 pm that night) and were grateful there was still a room available. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. There were no parking spots available in the lot when we arrived which was a little stressful but the lady at the front desk was great. She directed us to the best/safest alternative parking (street side) and assured us she walked around the perimeter of the building once an hour, so she’d keep an eye on it. It ended up working out because the door by where we parked was right next to our room, so that was easy. The room we were in (which was the last one) shared a wall with the ice machine which was VERY loud. I’m glad that’s the last room that gets assigned because that part was unpleasant. The continental breakfast in the morning was good. We didn’t use the pool or anything because we were only there long enough to sleep and hadn’t originally planned on staying overnight so we didn’t have any swimsuits packed. The morning desk staff wasn’t as friendly as the night staff, but overall it was a good stay and we would definitely consider staying again.

We had a lovely stay for the weekend. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They offer lots of amenities including an awesome breakfast buffet. Their staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We highly recommend!

Great for whst we needed. Stayed 2 nights for a concert in Tacoma, Great highway access and lots of good breakfast choices. Only Negative was they initially couldn't gind our pack that were delivered, with a little investment on our end they located it "in the wrong spot" due to new staff. A good, overall great stay!

The only problem was the bedspread had something brown all over it, so i took the duvet cover off the quilt, thinking it would be cleaner, But it wasnt, it slso had a bunch of holes all over it plus the brown stuff. So I called the girl at the front desk & told her about it & she got rignt on it, & brougnt us clean ones & was very apologetic & was very fast about getting them to us! But other than that the room was very clean & the breakfast was wonderful. We will stay there again!

The guy at the front counter was very friendly and gave us lots of great ideas for restaurants in the area. The breakfast was beyond my expectations!! Way more variety than the usual free breakfast. Clean and comfortable room.
