Excellent hotel in every way.
Very clean and comfortable.
Soft sheets and wonderful pillows.
Every one was kind and helpful.
Our room overlooked the water. We opened the window and went to sleep listening to the waves. Simply lovely.

Location is great: can walk to everything. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Very good hot breakfast.

Staff and all. Was able to order in from restaurants.
This is really reaching... wanted more than one box of facial tissues.

Good Location when traveling across the upper peninsula. Nice college town.

The location is absolutely beautiful and well kept. It is so nice to park your car at the hotel and walk around downtown Marquette and the waterfront.
No complaints other than value for your money, but all hotels in this area are pricey in the summer time.

Clean and super friendly staff
When booking with booking.com I added that I had a dog staying with me, they gave me time options and I chose one. It wasn’t until I checked out that there was an additional pet fee of $75 added. Not a huge deal, I just thought it would already be included. Buyer beware if you’re on a budget

A bit more expensive and not flexible with reservation changes.

we had switched to a pool side room but upon we realized that room was not pool side; no email to inform us of the error just “that’s what we have for your reservation.”

Very good breakfast with great coffee. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in lobby throughout the day. Great view of Lake Superior from breakfast area and access to outside deck. Friendly staff.
Can't think of anything.
5.0
the staff, the breakfast and the salt water pool. The staff was unbelievably friendly and the breakfast was incredible!
nothing much really. the hot tub didn’t appear to get very warm one day but I didn’t care much

Hot tub closed too early, potatoes on breakfast buffet were not good, unappealing bananas, no flavored creamers for coffee. We have stayed in many Hamptons, always top notch. This, was the most expensive and the most disappointing.

very modern and well kept
continental breakfast to long of a gap between keeping up with customers and to large coffee warmers so the staff doesn’t have to fill more often left the coffee not only just warm but to strong

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The cookies and coffee, tea and hot chocolate was nice.
We paid an awful lot of money for a rather small room because of family weekend at NMU. It's crazy to me that hotels can raise price when they want. Also Sunday morning my family was woken up by a rather loud alarm. It scared all of us, we don't know if it came from the thermostat or the fire alarms, but it was a rude awakening.

Location and views are wonderful, staff were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the large suite with large TV and desk, enjoyed the shower functions, our room was very clean
We were looking forward to using the hotel whirlpool -got dressed for it and find out it when we got to it that it was broken and couldn’t be used (Using the whirlpool is one of the reasons of booking a hotel versus bnb). Bed was too hard for both of us and we didn’t sleep well.
4.5
excellent breakfast great location
