It was clean and very nice looking. The food that we ate at one of the restaurants was pretty decent and the bartender made amazing drinks.
The beds were super uncomfortable, and the machines wasn’t really paying out like other casinos that we’ve been. And the elevators were out of whack took at least 5 to 10 minutes to get to the correct floor.

Efficiency, cleanliness, facilities

Not far from the casino and enough restaurants that you never have to leave.

Fixtures in the room were damaged. Elevators smelled of partying. Pricing on the site is disingenuous. You will get fees and taxes after the fact.

I didn’t know you offered breakfast. No one told us. That’s a bit disappointing

The only things I liked were the view from the 11th floor, and the spacious shower
The beds were very uncomfortable , the sink was clogged up and kept a bad stink in the room, the room isn't roomy and it's very tight.. also we wanted to go to the pool and hangout and it was closed. When asked for towels we were told they would bring them up and it was checkout time when they were brought to us. So didn't need anymore. It was my bachlorette weekend and we should've chose another hotel, I've stayed at hotels that are way better.. this hotel I'm rating a 3. If you have other options please stay somewhere else.

I like the location.
The rooms are outdated and overpriced. The staff was less than friendly. When issues were raised, a staff member told me then would call back and never did. Ultimately a manger helped solve my issues 12 hours later. do not bring kids here. LESS than nothing for them. No food or pool access and again, super outdated rooms and technology.

the rooms were very nice, parking for our truck and trailer was easy.
the bed was a little hard for us, only one place open after 10 for food with very limited menu. a lot of the machines in the casino were not working or turned off or would not accept cash.

cleanliness. very beautiful.
no luggage carts. all about the casino. like the rooms were secondary.
2.5 / 5.0
located at the casino, great pool on top floor with nice view.
room was very basic and could have easily been confused with a low budget motel on the inside. drink rings on night stand, some dirt stain on the sheets. only one complimentary rob that was small , thin and rough in a room booked for 2 adults. I booked an upgraded king and expected an upgraded room especially at a casino. the small tv in the bathroom mirror with the terrible reception/picture definitely doesn’t make up for the substandard king room. upon getting off the elevator there was a horrible smell in the hallways. very disappointed. upon check out staff didn’t even ask about our stay and just said thank you and I had to ask for a receipt. upon leaving I felt like I could of had the same experience at a low budget motel for a fraction of the cost.
